  • Absolutely everything you need for a wonderful get away!

"Decorated tastefully, cozy, and well stocked with games, videos, DVD's and all the dishes and condiments you'll need. This condo is a real gem! The owners thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable."

  • Great For Family With Young Kids

"We spent two enjoyable weeks in the South Okanagan Beach Bungalow. The beach was perfect for our 8 and 6 year old. Sand for sandcastles galore and shallow enough that the kids could walk out forever and still only be up to their waist. We rented kids kayaks on the beach for a very reasonable $5 per hour. The bungalow was close enough to the beach that we had no problem loading up the inflatable boat with towels, chairs, cooler and sand toys and walking the 5 minutes. The spray park was fun and the playground excellent. Penticton was a quick 15 minute drive down Eastside Road for mini golf on the cloudy days. Of course a little adult time at the many wineries was also enjoyed. There is no TV service but the WiFi was excellent. We made use of it on our two rainy days to watch some Netflix. Otherwise we were pleased to be off the grid. The bungalow is modest but suited us well as we don't need granite counters and stainless steel on vacation. It is well maintained but definitely 1950's era. It was large enough for our family of four and grandma and grandpa without feeling crowded. The large backyard provided additional play space for frisbee or football tossing. Diana was fantastic at answering all questions and making us feel comfortable in our selection. Definitely consider this well priced option for your vacation."

  • Highly recommend this property

"Beautiful spot, great views, quiet, clean, all amenities. Not really sure what you could add to make it better. Maybe some bottled water. I was not fond of the taste, but the others with me had no issue."

  • Relaxing Getaway

"We originally booked four nights at this wonderful property and we're enjoying ourselves so much we asked if we could stay an extra night! We were two couples and the layout of the third floor "penthouse" was a perfect layout for us. The Morans are a very lovely couple and were the perfect hosts - there when you needed them and gave you space to enjoy the property! The lake is so nice and quiet we enjoyed the canoeing, kayaking and just floating around and sitting on the small beach watching the fish jump. Watching the eagles and deer was enjoyable as well. Only one aside was that it was very hot while we were there (to be expected in that area during the summer) and there is no airconditiong in the unit - we were provided with fans but it couldn't really combat the heat. We blocked out the sun as best we could and dealt with it. There are also lots of lovely golf courses around that we enjoyed as well as some wine tastings."
