"We enjoyed our weekend getaway with 10 of our closest friends to celebrate a 40th Birthday. This home is ideally located 20 mins walking time from the village. It overlooks the golf course with a beautiful view of the mountain. Everyone enjoyed the sleeping arrangements and the home in general. It's a good place if you're a foodie and love to cook. It has plumbed gas BBQ right off the dining room that's convenient. I'd say if you have a group this place is ideal to celebrate a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary or other event. Keep in mind there are rules you need to follow, this isn't a frat house as you are in a neighborhood with other residents nearby.
I'm looking forward to coming back for another visit with my family!"

"This is a very comfortable and elegant house in a cute, safe and convenient neighborhood. A friend and I and our 2 teenage daughters spend 5 days here for sightseeing and soccer tourism. The house has 3 nice bedrooms, TV room, living room, great kitchen, beautiful garden, laundry, elegant furniture, etc. The landlords are very kind and helpful with advice on getting around/dining/etc. if needed.
The location is in a quiet tree-lined older neighborhood in Kits area close to downtown and you can walk in just a few min to great food/beach/bus routes/grocery/parks/shopping/etc. Some terrific bakeries (Sollys for cinnamon rolls) and restaurants (Nuba!). We rented bikes close by, there are many safe bike paths nearby (even for kids). Very easy to catch bus into town (15-20min).
Drawbacks? Not many come to mind, but parking is tight. Careful backing up in driveway due to a close by tree. A car is helpful to go hiking in mountains but otherwise is not needed at all. Taxi from airport is ~$25-30 (20min).
Conclusion: It was great. We would definitely come back."

"The Fresco Suite was everything we hoped it would be, starting with our getting into Vancouver after a full day of travel from the southern part of the US. Charlotte made herself available to us and though our flight got in later in the evening, she never made us feel like we were putting her out at any time.
The apartment is in a great section of town, in a wonderful Heritage building that is fully secured. The room was exactly as the pictures showed it so there were no unpleasant surprises. It was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable and the fact that we had access to wi-fi, local phone access, a washer/dryer, mini-kitchen and tv with decent stations for some rainy periods, made it that much better. It is within walking distance of pretty much everything, but more importantly for my husband and I, Stanley Park, Granville Island, the aquarium, and more restaurants than you can shake a stick at. You can also easily walk to the downtown section which we did on several occasions and you don't feel uncomfortable walking in West End at night.
Again, Charlotte made herself accessible via phone for questions if we had them, made suggestions to us on what to do while there, and prior to leaving, was genuinely interested in our stay. This beats out any hotel experience.
My husband and I could not have been happier with our stay in Vancouver and in the Fresco Suite and would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in renting an apartment."
