  • Wonderful condo with outstanding views

    "After staying the second time in this amazing condo we are looking forward to returning. The location could not be better being so close to Stanley Park with many outdoor activities and beautiful gardens, Coal Harbor with all the boats and seaplanes, and Denman and Robson Streets with shops, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. The condo is extremely well equipped and comfortable - even air conditioned - and the garage is a real bonus since parking in Vancouver can be difficult, but the most amazing feature is the view of Coal Harbor, Stanley Park and all the mountains to the north. The owner, Ev, and her family could not have been more friendly, accommodating and helpful. Many thanks to all of them for everything they did to make our stay in Vancouver so memorable."

  • Great Views!

    "The condo was clean with amazing views of the city, water, and mountains beyond. We could walk to many attractions and great restaurants, and public transportation was nearby. The landlord was very nice and hospitable, and was responsive to our questions. There is an included parking space in a secure underground lot. If you are planning to go outside of downtown, we found having a car to be of great benefit. The location was central to everything, but borders a sketchy area. There were times when we found ourselves avoiding certain streets on the walk home, especially at night. If there was any downside, this would be it. All in all a terrific value."

  • A Nice Alternative to a Hotel Stay

    "Location: This property is at an older apartment building (eg. pink bathtub/older light fixtures etc.) in downtown New Westminster, BC. It is a short walk to the local Skytrain station which will make it easy for people to get around without needing a vehicle. There are many local restaurants and an area Farmer's Market up the hill from the apartment held on Thursdays. Unit: My husband and I were unexpectedly treated to a one bedroom unit for our stay instead of a studio. It was clean and well maintained. There is a full kitchen in the apartment suite with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cooking utensils etc. Parking: There is free parking on site. Wifi: There is free wifi in the unit. Reception: Chris was very friendly and a wealth of information for places to see in the area. Overall: This is a well maintained property which offers a homey environment. For those wanting to escape the hotel experience, this reasonably priced property allows a person to experience a home away from home."

  • Absolutely Perfect Location

    "Sylvianne was a terrific host. Prompt communication during the planning portion of the trip and once we arrived she had an entire notebook filled with information and recommendations about the city. She took us on a short walking tour to get us oriented and we were off to explore! Sylvianne and Dave's home is very charming and the location is absolutely fantastic--close to everything. We didn't have a car and didn't miss it one bit. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Vancouver."
