"Had an incredible experience. This house turned out to be an excellent choice.
The house itself is beautiful and spacious for my family of 6. It is in a wonderful location that is very convenient place to go around and discover Vancouver. Walking distance to many restaurants, groceries like No Frills and Safeway. She provided us our own telephone line, washer and dryer, a lot of plates and complete sets of pots for cooking. Beds are good enough to accomodate 6 people. Parking was an added bonus, aside from providing us a secured parking, our friends and relatives has an access as well. ( as we all know parking is always a problem here Vancouver).
Theresa was a perfect host. She is very friendly and warm. She gave us useful informations and she checked via email to see how we were doing. Everything we needed was provided. Very happy with our 2 week stay. We enjoyed it very much and although we have visited Vancouver several times in the past, this was by far our best experience.
I strongly recommend this house. Ideal for a family a real home away from home.

"Perfect location for visiting Vancouver, in a very nice neighbourghood. Not only the Land Lady is great, but the neighbourghs as well. We all enjoyed the terraze, the Barbeque, the wondeful baths and all of the appliances that we found in the house. A family of five felt like they needed nothing more. It is very close to a shopping centre and to Avenues 10 and 4 which are full of stores. We bought some second hand bycicles and we did not had to use the car in the three weeks we stayed in the house. We felt like at home."

"This suite was perfect for our getaway to Vancouver. We came for the weekend with four people and the size of the suite was perfect! Heated floors in the bathroom, a sunny patio off the front, keyless entry so we didn't have to worry about carrying a key, very clean, modern and cozy all in one.
The full kitchen allowed us to cook when we wanted, but the close location to restaurants on 4th ave, Broadway, Olympic village and downtown made it easy to explore on bikes. Comor bikes just a five minute walk down the hill on 4th rented bicycles for three of us and the owner was nice enough to lend me her ladies bike for the weekend.
This place was just perfect!! We couldnt have asked for a more comfortable stay close to the shops, beaches and the seawall in Vancouver.
Thanks Theresa we will absolutely be back to stay! You were so nice to deal with during the booking process and even nicer in person :)
Until next time"

"After reading the previous review about noise, heat and keys we were a little apprehensive - but that was completely blown away when we met the owners' son who gave us two sets of keys and showed us the air conditioner - which is simple to operate. We had blistering hot weather, but the condo was a haven of coolness when we returned from our many walks to bakeries and boutiques, trips to the beaches, Kitsilano's huge swimming pool and downtown Vancouver.
Yes - W 4th Ave is busy during the rush hour but quiet after 10:00 pm. We live (most of the year) in a tranquil close and are not used to noise - but we had no problem. This is a well appointed condo in a well run building. We had one of our best vacations ever (and we have been throughout North America and to many parts of Europe and even Africa). The attraction for us was the ability to walk to countless tiny, chic retailers, coffee shops and restaurants and enjoy a trendy, upscale locale close to English Bay and the glorious water and mountain views. A bus stop right outside the main entrance to the condo development means you can get to Downtown Vancouver quickly and cheaply - without the hassle of finding and paying for parking. We walked to Granville Island a couple of times - and took the little passenger ferry once just for the fun of it.
The owners are wonderful people who have thought of everything to create a perfect "pied-à-terre" to enjoy the unique environs. We can thoroughly recommend this condo and would really love to stay at this condo again in 2015."
