  • Nice little apartment

"Nice apartment, was slightly small for the 3 of us- all adults, but perfect for a couple. Great hosts, very prompt responses, deposit refunded bang on time, friendly... Was close to Granville island, a good 20 minute walk from the main Robson street, but the utility store is about 3 streets away. Well equipped apartment with almost everything we needed, including parking, the only thing we actually missed was a little coffee powder, milk and sugar for the first coffee after a 24 hour flight. so simply went to the starbucks a few blocks away although would have loved a cuppa indoors..but guess it was a very small thing, may have gone unnoticed by the otherwise perfect hosts. Will definitely recommend to friends.."

  • A Nice Alternative to a Hotel Stay

"Location: This property is at an older apartment building (eg. pink bathtub/older light fixtures etc.) in downtown New Westminster, BC. It is a short walk to the local Skytrain station which will make it easy for people to get around without needing a vehicle. There are many local restaurants and an area Farmer's Market up the hill from the apartment held on Thursdays. Unit: My husband and I were unexpectedly treated to a one bedroom unit for our stay instead of a studio. It was clean and well maintained. There is a full kitchen in the apartment suite with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cooking utensils etc. Parking: There is free parking on site. Wifi: There is free wifi in the unit. Reception: Chris was very friendly and a wealth of information for places to see in the area. Overall: This is a well maintained property which offers a homey environment. For those wanting to escape the hotel experience, this reasonably priced property allows a person to experience a home away from home."

  • Lovely rental across from Trout Lake Park!

"My husband and I stayed in Trout Lake Suite over 4th of July weekend with our dog and two kids. The owner, Jen, who lives upstairs, was SO friendly and helpful with toys and sporting equipment for the kids and recommendations for things to do in the area. The suite worked well for us (with us in the bedroom and the kids on the air mattress in the living room) and we really appreciated how nice Jen and Jean were to our kids and dog. It's really difficult to find pet-friendly accommodations when we travel, so it was great that our furry family member was so welcomed. In fact, we liked the area and the neighborhood so much that we just stayed nearby and didn't even make it to downtown, Granville Island, or the Asian night market like we'd planned (but we've been to all those places before). We will be going back to Vancouver next month and we hope to stay with Jen and Jean again!"

  • Maple Suite - Great Accommodation

"I stayed in the Maple Suite which was a lovely one-bed unit. It had excellent facilities and was very well equipped and comfortable. Really clean and a good night's sleep was had! The accommodation was close to local amenities so all in all, I had a great stay."
