  • Fantastic views and spotless

"It was hard to imagine that the photo was really the view from the living room and bedroom- and yet this does not even do the condo justice. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and dining area which all shared this view from the 18th floor. It was quiet and absolutely everything about this trip was wonderful except that one week was not enough time to fully explore the area. The immediate neighborhood includes the waterfront where bikes can be rented to head to Stanley Island, delicious restaurants and shopping. It was a bit tempting to just hang out in the condo though! We'll be back and I've already shared the details with friends who are looking forward to checking this condo out themselves."

  • A Great Base in a Lovely Neighbourhood

"We spent two weeks here in August, and it proved an excellent base from which to explore Vancouver. Travelling into the downtown by bus is straightforward, and driving out of the city is also easy. Kitsilano is a lively and attractive neighbourhood, and local shops and cafes are within very easy walking distance. Highlights for us included Kidsbooks (children's book shop), Bankok Cafe, Nate's Pizza, The Produce Company (organic fruit and veg) and Cobs Bakery. The Kitsilano Farmers Market is also worth a visit (first Sunday of the month). The property is very thoughtfully equipped, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The garden is pretty, and can be directly accessed from the living room. The owners, Shirley and Ron, were generous and helpful hosts. Highly recommended for city lovers, relaxation and culture."

  • It really is sophisticated!

"The design/layout of the place is really modern. Major appliances such as dishwasher/fridge/microwave are all built in. Soft closing drawers are a nice touch. Kitchen equipment/utensil is fully equipped. Nice big flatscreen HD TV with HD channels. (although the sun glare makes it a bit hard to watch during day time). The home owner spare no expense in keeping his guests comfortable. Home owner is also easy to reach in if you should have any issues/concerns. I'd choose this any day over a hotel room. Walking distance to grocery store/supermarket. Gas station around the corner. 10 mins walk to a park/football & baseball field/children playground. 20 mins short bus ride to take you to skytrain station. The place would be perfect if it has a sofa bed. Queen size bed only sleeps 2."

  • Comforts of home

"Had a great stay in Vancouver thanks to the comfort of our garden level suite. The owners left us some freshly baked scones and home made jam. Delicious! The suite is close to Kitsilano beach, Broadway and 4th. Great location. Can't wait to stay here again."
