  • Excellent condo, great service and awesome location

"For our first visit to Vancouver, we could not have found a nicer place to stay, owned by lovely and helpful people. Every email was promptly answered, very helpful with tips, ie - how to get to the condo by local transportation. Condo was most comfortable and spotlessly clean. QUIET and very well kept building. Well equipped kitchen, all the basics needed were there. Easy walking distance to lots of places and easy walking distance to local transportation. Highly recommend. • Great Vancouver Vacation

"My family stayed 4 nights at this property. It was nice and the location was fantastic. We rarely used our car, very walkable area. The host was very responsive and emailed us to ensure all was well. We had a couple of cleaning issues which Scott offered to fix and extend out check out time. The park across the street was perfect for our four legged friend. We enjoyed the property and our vacation."

  • A Nice Alternative to a Hotel Stay

"Location: This property is at an older apartment building (eg. pink bathtub/older light fixtures etc.) in downtown New Westminster, BC. It is a short walk to the local Skytrain station which will make it easy for people to get around without needing a vehicle. There are many local restaurants and an area Farmer's Market up the hill from the apartment held on Thursdays. Unit: My husband and I were unexpectedly treated to a one bedroom unit for our stay instead of a studio. It was clean and well maintained. There is a full kitchen in the apartment suite with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cooking utensils etc. Parking: There is free parking on site. Wifi: There is free wifi in the unit. Reception: Chris was very friendly and a wealth of information for places to see in the area. Overall: This is a well maintained property which offers a homey environment. For those wanting to escape the hotel experience, this reasonably priced property allows a person to experience a home away from home."

  • Vancouver - The Place for Extended Stay

"We have rented apartments around the world, but the set up at The Pinnacle was the easiest and most convenient. The owner made booking and payment simple with his website. Checking in was also easy. Upon arrival, we found a squeaky clean, cozy apartment with everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The little office nook had it all -- a printer, easy internet access, phone, and paper clips. The bed and furniture were comfortable and functional. The elaborate entertainment system kept us busy on rainy days, and the electric fireplace made it comfy. I had been worried about the location. But, it could not have been better. Walk one way and we were in the heart of the city. Walk the other, and we had the False Creek waterfront and all of the Yaletown restaurants. We loved the Urban Fare grocery store, and we bought a pass on the False Creek ferries. We have no reservations in recommending this rental."
