  • beautiful gem

"Not long after securing our Squamish Valley Music Festival passes, our thoughts turned to "where to stay?" While the festival camp atmosphere has its obviously excellent fun and party vibe, we were hoping to find some peace and quiet and bathrooms and beds too. We were so lucky to find this spacious, comfortable and well-stocked cabin, just a short drive to either Whistler or Squamish. Sitting on the large porch out back, atop a small cliff, you are surrounded by woods, the same woods that Bella and Edward flew through and their glory can not be overstated. The trains that passed once or twice a day turned into a highlight, freight trains are fun enough; but when a people train goes by, you can wave at the passengers it's awesome ! This cabin has every convenience and comfort of home you can think of, right in the middle of the nature. The entire process from the first email to the last, the owners were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and will cherish the memories forever. Thank you!"

  • Great place/location

"Us five girls rented this place for 3 days and it was awesome. The pictures don't do its justice. It is very clean and well maintained and comfortable/homey. It is beautifully decorated house with antiques all over. We just loved how close it was to the lake..since I had an ankle injury I was able to hobble over no problem. I would definitely use this again as a place to stay and recommend it to anyone. It is close to trails, the lake, tennis courts etc. Very good for any family to bring and ride their bikes as well. The place it well stocked as well. BBQ available and a nice area to sit outside with a view of the ravine/nature. We saw a couple of trains pass but it definitely was not a bad thing as this was a rare site. The lake itself is very warm and close to help you cool off on those hot days. Would definitely go back. :)"
