"Aspens is our favorite Whistler condo complex. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely, romantic getaway in this tastefully updated condo. We slept like kids in the oh-so-comfortable king-sized bed with the quiet, cool breezes off of Blackcomb Mountain (only 5 minutes over the bridge, beside the river and through the trees to the Whistler Village). Thank you Audrey and Terry for a wonderful vacation!"

"Thanks Alan for the use of your condo, the location is walking distance to everything and yet away from the hustle and bustle which is nice at the end of the day. the kitchen is fully stocked and the unit was clean and looked just like the pictures so we're happy."

Great Location! Well equiped. Cant wait to come back
"We stayed at The Gables with 2 other couples and the location is great. It's really close to both mountains, 150 yards. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is very well equipped for when you want to cook a meal. The BBQ on the balcony worked great for our steak night. The front entrance has ample ski and snowboard storage and the boot and glove heater was a bonus and well used. The wood burning fireplace was great to add ambiance at night. Having 2 parking spaces for free was a bonus as well. Sue and David were great to deal with and made arranging activities a breeze. We used David as a guide on our first day and he took us to places we would have never found on our own."

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was more than happy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was very helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
The property was a little hard to find but worth it in the end. There is no elevator and the paths are uneven, so all luggage must be carried up to the unit.
It was clean and well outfitted with all kitchen utensils and pots. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The couple on the fold out couch found it uncomfortable but we found two foam mattresses upstairs. they slept the other two nights on them and it was fine.
The unit was a bit far from the village, 20-30 min walk. Upper village 10-15 min walk. It was not a problem because we enjoy walking. the bonus is it is very quiet.
We used the hot tub but never figured out the times. sometimes locked during the scheduled open times.
The ceiling light in the vaulted ceiling was burnt out so was a bit dark in the living room. the light is very high and requires a long ladder.
One day we had heavy rain so stayed in and watched some TV and DVD. there is a full entertainment system. It all worked fine. There were also some books and board games.
PS: went to WIldwood Bistro for Sunday brunch. Very good but get there early if you do not want to wait in line."
