  • Nice property but......

"This property was nice but it is advertised as a "Ski in ski out friendly". I interpret that as ski in ski out, or at least very close to it It is not ski in ski out. Not even close. The walk mentioned to get to the lifts Is accurate. You cannot ski to or from the lifts. You must carry your equipment. Other than that it is as noted in the description"

  • Perfect Powderhorn

"Nicola, thanks for the fantastic condo. It was perfect for our stay. The Den was ideal for the kids and the Granparents loved their own room and ensuite. Location is great and despite the lack of snow and our inability to ski home the location right by the bus stop was perfect. The condo is quiet, large enough and had all the amenities we needed for our 2 week ski stay. Nicola was great to deal with and all communications were answered promptly. We would definitely return. THANK YOU"

  • Comfortable, well equipped home close to Whistler and Blackcomb

"We stayed in this Condo in early August, 2014 while attending a multiday event that was taking place at Whistler. This unit was ideally located to allow us to walk in 15 - 30 mins to all of the event sites around Whistler and Blackcomb. We stayed with our two children, ages 17 and 19, and each got their own room while we slept in the private loft master bedroom. The condo is an end unit in a newer development so it seems like a stand-alone house. It has a nice, big outside deck and very nice common living areas inside. The kitchen is well equipped and we ate most of our meals at home there. Master bedroom is on the second level, two additional bedrooms are below the first level but they have full size windows as the unit is built on a slope. We were there in the heat of summer with temps getting over 30 C each day, but we were comfortable opening windows and turning on fans to bring in the cool evening air. There are screens on all the windows. In the course of the rental process we met the owner by phone and found him to be kind and businesslike. We were a little uncertain of our dates at first and he helped us with our initial reservation and was patient as we finalized our plan. Thanks! One reason this unit worked so well for us is the garage. Many rental units in Whistler have a common parking garage, but here you can unload the bikes (or skis, sleds, strollers, etc.) and keep them in the garage. I will mention that additional parking is limited, so consider coming with just one car, and plan to put it in the garage when you are home. Our Honda Odyssey minivan fit in the garage just fine (height 200 cm with unloaded rack), but a giant car or truck might be a tight squeeze. The Whistler area is remarkable. Yes, the area is highly developed, but this hardly detracts from the rugged, natural beauty of the place. This condo is ideally situated to take advantage of all the activities and nature, but is outside of the frenzy of the village itself."

  • Excellent place to stay

"We stayed for five nights in the summer of 2014 and loved the unit. It was clean, spacious, and very quiet, with a great setting overlooking the golf course. The walk or short bike ride to the village was easy, even with young kids, right along the bike path. We actually preferred the location to being right in the village where we've stayed before because of the quiet setting and easy access to the village without needing to drive. Being close to Lost Lake was nice too. The unit itself was ideal for us (two adults and two toddlers). Having two master bedrooms each with en suites was a nice set up, and the place was well stocked with everything you need. Underground secure parking and bike storage was extremely convenient, just a few steps from the front door, making loading and unloading easy. Dealing with the managers was also very smooth. They met us at the unit, got us settled and everything went off without a hitch. We will definitely go back again and I highly recommend it."
