"A 10-day stay for my wife and 2 boys and we loved it!
Communication with the owners was easy and they were really helpful.
When in the unit there was a little booklet on what / where / when / how as well as brochures, guides and so on.
Within the unit there is a cupboard with DVDs and books - well recommended as there is not really a huge amount of TV channels to watch.
WIFI is good - a password is given when you sign up.
To access the garaging (underneath the buildings) you need to enter the unit first to get the keycard, but the email communication is good.
The hot tub is great.
The kitchen is well stocked from a pots and pans perspective and the unit very clean.
The en-suite bathroom and the separate bathroom were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash - there were 3 big bottles attached to the wall which you took your requirements from.
Literally opposite the unit is the bus stop (take the bus titled Marketplace - I think it is number 4) and this takes you to the base of the mountain). The bus journey is only a 4 or 5 minute ride.
Also within seconds of the unit is the shopping parade, the supermarket and the walkway through to the town. The location of the unit is great.
We would go back to this unit at the drop of a hat and loved our stay."

"We often rent units in whistler and this one was one of the best we had the chance to stay. Very clean and well stocked with games, movies, spices, dishes, soaps you name it!
It shows the owner cares about her guest and she has thought about all the little things that make your stay more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this unit!"

"First off, my experience with the owner Krista was excellent. She responded in a timely and professional manner. With concerns we had she replied immediately and I feel she will take them into consideration. I left a pricey make up bag behind and she promptly saw that it was returned to me. The location is great - literally across a quiet street. One minute and you are in the village. The townhouse is a bit noisy at night due to the drunk patrons wandering but with the noise of the hot tub and fan it's not so bad. It is a beautiful residence with a lovely path around it. However, I only give it 4 stars as I think the description should be amended. For starters this is not a place for those with knee issues or stair concerns. We had no problem with it but there are lots of stairs (probably 12 from entrance into the unit and then another 15 or so up to the bedrooms). I think that this should be mentioned. Also it does not sleep 5 comfortably unless you're okay with sleeping on a couch. I must note that Krista did mention to me that one would need to sleep on the "run of the couch" as the pullout sofa is not functional. But in my head I thought she meant a cot. Not her mistake. However, I strongly feel that this place does not sleep more than 4 people. We were 5 women between the ages 38-61 and all felt the same way. The 38 year old got the couch. We owe her next time around. :) So if you are looking for a cozy 4 person unit I would totally recommend it. Enjoy Whistler! It's a gem."

"My group and I had an amazing time in Whistler, much of it thanks to this condo! The location is perfect; quiet but literally across the street from the village. It was easy to walk to the base in ski boots to catch the Fresh Tracks breakfast (before the buses run), but the rest of the time we took the bus which doe stop right out front of the complex on the other side of the street. The condo was in perfect shape, with excellent upgrades. Beds were comfortable and everything was well-stocked. Ski/board gear for 5 adults was a little tight, but the entryway served it's purpose fine. I loved the thorough directions and keycode access, it made getting there at dark a breeze. The hot tub was great, much needed after a full day on the mountains, and was pretty private as well. There wasn't a thing I would change- thank you for your hospitality and quality condo!"
