  • Beautiful House

    "We had 6 adults and 2 children stay 3 nights for a family reunion. The house is beautiful, private, modern and spacious. Couldn't beat the location for summer activity, being very near the public beach on Alta Lake, and a scenic walk to the village (appx 20-30 minutes I believe). We rented bikes to cruise around the Valley Trail, and took the Peak to Peak Gondola. There was much to do at Whistler in the Summer. The house itself was perfect. There were a few days delay in our emails to arrange the stay, and some miscommunication on the check-in process. This is why I've rated our stay 4 stars instead of 5. But, everything turned out well in the end, and this might have been the exception rather than the rule. I would recommend staying here."

  • Ideal base for summer activities (MTB)

    "4 of us (2 couples), stayed in the property for 3 weeks over June/July for a mountain biking trip and thought the accommodation was absolutely fantastic. We had a shortlist of about 6 properties in the area, but settled on this because it was the largest, offered great value and had a garage for our bikes. We weren't disappointed! Overall the accommodation was very clean and well-maintained. The bedrooms were large, were recently decorated, and had very comfy beds with stacks of linen. Both had their own bathrooms (one ensuite and one across the hall), both of which had been recently refurbished to a very high standard - the showers were excellent! The lounge was huge; 2 large sofas and a recliner, plus large dining table - plenty of room for us to spread out (as 2 couples we didn't want to be cramped onto 1 sofa!). The kitchen had everything we needed, including a good coffee machine and a blender. During our stay we had a few days of torrential rain plus 10 days of +80F. The accommodation coped with it all: there was an entrance hall with cupboard and boot trays for wet jackets and boots, and a patio with gas barbeque for when the sun shone. Despite one day of around 95F the house stayed lovely and cool - no need for air con. One big bonus for us was the garage - as we had 4 bikes wanted somewhere secure to store them. This worked perfectly - plenty of room for our bikes, plus we could leave all our muddy/dusty kit in there and keep the house clean & tidy! Location-wise it was about a 10min walk into the centre of town, which was lovely on a sunny evening as the walk offered spectacular views across to the mountains. On the wet days when we didn't fancy the walk, the Upper Village complex was only a 2 min walk away, which had a bars, cafes, restaurant, plus small supermarket, bike shop and twice-weekly Farmers' Market. And if that wasn't an option there was always the village shuttle bus, which ran very regularly. The location was also very quiet with very little traffic. The owner has put a lot of effort into making this into a home away from home and has succeeded - it is very well maintained, has been refurbished to a high standard and has everything you need for a great vacation. The owner was also very helpful and prompt with our many questions... and was was very helpful (and understanding!) when we lost the code to the front door! When we return to Whistler we will stay here again and would definitely recommend it."

  • Vacation with friends

    "My friends and I stayed here for three nights in February for our ski trip (5 people in total). The condo was conveniently located very close to the base of Blackcomb. We had a car however the bus was very convenient to get around. The condo was clean, and well maintained, with a good amount of space for our group to hang out and relax after a long day of skiing. The rooftop hot tub was a nice way to end the day, looking out over the mountains. The owner Nicola was very professional, helpful and in constant contact leading up to the trip which I appreciated. Would highly recommend this place!"

  • Excellent one bedroom suite

    "Good location, the views entertained us day and night and it was easy to get around from there either by car or on foot because it is right in the middle of downtown Vancouver. This modern, beautifully furnished condominium exceeded all of my expectations. The master bedroom is very comfortable with everything you can imagine. The check in and check procedure very smooth. Our experience was super amazing and will definitely be back"
