  • Perfect getaway!

"My friends and I wanted a relaxing birthday getaway for a few days. I was so impressed with the great customer service from the owner Jon. He was quick at responding to any questions we had, and gave us great recommendations for the area. There is a beautiful quite beach just 5 minutes walking distance, and a variety of hiking trails in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a blender. The 2 bedrooms were small which was not an issue, and they had Queen size beds and one even had a TV if needed. The living room had everything you'd want in a cabin. There is lot's of wood provided so you can cozy up by the fireplace giving it a real cabin like feeling. Just to add to the ambience, the outdoor electric fire pit was a nice touch. The patio outside had a nice BBQ and patio table with some lounge chairs. Even though it was chilly, we still enjoyed sitting there surrounded by the trees. The rocks around the outside are painted with cute animals, flowers, etc... This added such a nice touch to the gardens. I'd have to say our highlight of this cabin was the hot tub area. Jon cleaned the hot tub before our arrival, which showed he really takes care and pride in his property. The hot tub was surrounded by trees giving it a true outdoor feel. Trips like this make me realize how lucky I am to live in BC. We'll for sure be back!"

  • Great Stay!

"We stayed at the condo for 5 nights in March 2015. It was in a great location, across the street from stores, restaurants and the grocery store. The free ski bus line picks up about a block down the road it is the last stop before the resort and it was a short walk. Having free parking was a great bonus, we parked our car on Sunday night and didn't get back in it until we left Whistler on Friday. Walking distance to everything!! The condo itself is cozy, and well decorated. It has a full kitchen, queen bed, and living area. It also has a washer/dryer which is awesome, so we could pack light. The TV worked great and the high speed internet was actually high speed. Its perfect for a couple. The hot tub is about 30 steps from the front door, which makes it nice after a long day of skiing! Overall, this was a great place to stay and met all of our wants and needs. We are making Whistler one of our regular stops during the ski season from now on, so we plan to be back again."

  • Enjoyable weekend with our granddaughter

"This is our second stay at Maria's condo. We love the location with the easy access to all areas of Whistler and Blackcomb. If so inclined, one could cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen, utensils, etc. We really appreciated the nice touches that make a difference ie. Starbuck's coffee, nice soap and bathroom amenities. Fortunately, there is an air conditioner in the main area and a fairly powerful fan in the bedroom as the weather has been hot. Our 14 year old granddaughter found the large pullout sofa in the living room comfortable. After a hot day bike riding and hiking the trails, we appreciated the opportunity to relax in front of the two televisions. We didn't use the pool as swimming isn't our thing, and our granddaughter opted out as well although there were many using it. Parking is $15.00 per day. The bike locker was full so we backed our vehicle close to the back wall of the parking stall in the hopes that our three bikes would not be stolen. They were fine last year and this year as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this unit on our next visit. Thank you Maria for adding your personal touches to ensure your guests enjoy their stay."
