"The home is very nicely kept, very comfortable and very excellently located. With three rooms, two very nice bathrooms, a very functional kitchen and comfortable spaces for eating and hanging out you really couldn't need more. My parents, small child and I were traveling to the area for a family memorial and it was great to escape back to the house in the evenings and afternoons - with the great wifi we could get a little work done on the most magical porch and really relax. My parents and I were able to walk to many restaurants and through the town so quickly and easily. It felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!!!!"

"This apartment was fantastic for mine and my boyfriend's weekend getaway! It is within walking distance of NOTL to take in all the sights of this picturesque town, as well as right around the corner from a handful of wineries. We decided to bring our bikes so we could cycle into Virgil, ON and access even more wineries (obviously!). Linda was a dream to deal with and very accommodating. I'd recommend this stay for anyone looking to avoid the expensive Bed & Breakfast song and dance and come prepared with your own food (they have coffee!!) so as to save a bit. Likewise, there's great brunch within walking distance, as are there pubs and coffee shops."

"We stayed here for one week earlier this summer (August 16-23) with my brother's family and our three dogs. As others have commented, the bathrooms associated with each room gave everyone a feeling of having their own self-contained living areas in the house, along with the spacious, well-equipped kitchen and the deck overlooking the garden and the bay (which is where we ate most of our meals - making extensive use of the new Weber barbecue). Probably what we spent most time doing, however, was walking along the trails through the woods associated with the property, which were serenely beautiful and much enjoyed by the dogs, who I think would have liked to stay forever. Although the house is quite secluded, small towns, wineries, cider manufacturers, cheese factories, restaurants and the Sandbanks resort are all within easy driving distance. My brother, who is an avid cyclist, also enjoyed the rolling and mostly traffic-free country roads, which made for great cycling trips. A wonderful place to unwind!"
