  • Comfortable and cosy

"We spent 3 nights at this comfortable property in a low-key Picton neighbourhood. The listing description is accurate and the place is generally very clean. It is within a 10min walk to the downtown. All the basics (utensils, pots, dishes) are available for the kitchen and meals are easily prepared... unless you want to take advantage of some of the great restaurants in the area. The bedroom is upstairs and it is very quiet for sleeping (even with the windows open). The stairs are a little steep / awkward but you get used to them after a few trips. We are cyclists and this was the perfect location for several short (30km) to longer (70km) routes right from the door. There is also a place to store the bikes inside which was great."

  • Peaceful and Serene

"This secluded treasure was perfectly located in the Village of Hillcrest. Great neighbourhood with lots of wonderful restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores within easy walking distance. No problems getting around without a car as the tram is just a block away and connects to the subway within minutes. Lots of nice walks locally. The house is charming. Loved the artwork and personal touches. We felt immediately comfortable, aided by the concise instructions and information package provided by the owners. Sheree was always prompt in her response to emails which was very reassuring. Hope to return on another visit."

  • Beautiful Stay, Close to Downtown

"We had a wonderful stay at the Roseneath for six nights. The location is close to downtown (within walking distance), where there are all kinds of shops, restaurants/bakery's, and things to do/see. The kitchen was fully equipped which aloud us to stay in most evenings and cook for ourselves. We ate our breakfast every morning under the enclosed patio in the back, which was amazing and provided shelter from the rain but still allowed us to be outdoors. Our only recommendation would be to provide a mid-stay cleaning to the location (every three days or so), simply to freshen linens, vaccuum and to refill the soaps/shampoos, etc. Given the cost of the rental, I feel this wouldn't be 'over-the-top' to expect and would keep the property in a comfortable condition for the guests. With that said, we would definetly come back and stay again. It's a 'home away from home' in the heart of Niagara-on-the-lake."

  • Charming, spotless, light-filled apartment

"Proved perfect for us as we needed a place for 4 nights with our Toronto home under renovation. Fantastic, heart of the city (near Summerhill) on a gorgeous tree-lined street with Victorian houses on either side, street parking for our 2 cars and a patisserie 2 blocks away. Light filled designer apartment with kitchen, full laundry and great shower. Will keep top of mind when a 'staycation' is required (with parks, top restaurants and boutiques nearby). Have already booked the apartment for my mother's visit next spring (when the private garden will be in bloom and terrace will be at its best)."
