  • great girls getaway!

"This was a girls weekend away and this condo was perfect! Loved having the shuttle to get to the village, very convenient! The pool is nice and close, great as long as you are okay with a lot of young families around. The condo has everything you could need, was very clean, and information was readily available through Trish! Thanks for all your help! Would definitely come back!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"I think most of the comments sum it up quite well. The place is nice and spacious. The grounds are great for kids with lots of space and a playground. The pool and hot tub are great to use and the pitching green was an added bonus. The house is well-equiped and the owners have thought about the little things to make the stay great. The only drawback was surphury smelling water that took a day to get used to. The owners provided a water cooler though, so we weren't worried at all about safety. We have two small kids and they loved the place. We will definitely come back and will recommend the place to any family or group looking for a laid-back vacation."

  • So Private and Tranquil

"My sister was visiting from California. We rented Waynes cabin with three other friends. Five women! We had a wonderful time. We took advantage of all the cabin and property had to offer. Saunas. Firepit at night with s'mores. Kayaking. Hiking. Fires in the evening in the cabin. The mornings are extraordinary if you like to get up early. The mist oen the lake combined with the wildlife waking up is breathtaking. The lake is delightful for kayaking and canoeing. My grandfather owned 100 acres in northern Ontario and this place took me back to my childhood and the wonder and awe of natures simplicity. You never have to leave the property but if you do, it is very close to both Haliburton and Minden. The area is rich with artists studios and galleries. This cabin is not to be missed! Oh, and the chipmunks (fondly chippies) will keep a smile on your face as they dash across the deck in their search for acorns. Truly a place to let go of the everyday stresses and just be in the moment."

  • Great Place To Stay in Blue Mountain!

"Our family spent a wonderful month at this beautiful property - very modern, very up-market, comfortable and spacious. All 4 bedrooms are large, as are the two upstairs bathrooms. Huge great room with fireplace and large-screen home-theater system. The large, center kitchen island is extremely convenient, and all appliances and cookware are top-notch; everything you need for preparing meals. There's a second home-theater system in the front living room, with comfortable seating. We all enjoyed the huge hot tub and fantastic sunsets from the back deck. The property is a easy walk to Blue Mountain Village and close to everything by car, including shopping, golf courses, restaurants, beaches, etc. It was a great base from which to enjoy the wide range of recreational activities in the area. The complex's pool and tennis courts are a short walk from the chalet. The owner Geoff was extremely well organized and very accommodating when we had questions. For example, an intense thunderstorm knocked out the Wi-Fi router one night, and he arranged for us to pick-up another one (in nearby Collingwood) the next morning! We've stayed in a wide variety of Blue Mountain properties over the years, and this was by far the most luxurious and enjoyable we've experienced. I'd recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in the area!"
