  • Great Place to Stay!

"Stayed here on a windy November weekend. The cottage was amazing! The fireplace did a great job of heating the cottage in a hurry, and baseboards in every room kept the place cozy. The location is ideal! Right on the beach! The owners were very easy to deal with, and made the rental process extremely quick and easy (this was a last-minute trip, so this was much appreciated). The cottage comes equipped in basically a "turnkey" state. In case you DO have something missing, a quick drive to Tiverton (~ 3 mins) should settle that up. Highly recommended!"

  • Great Location but

"It's a great location. Close to all amenities and within walking distance (with ski boots) to the main chair lift/Village. The unit is spacious and adequately equipped but it does look tired; worn paint, pull-out couch that didn't function, a love seat that sunk down when you sat in it, a jet tub that didn't work, a bath tub drain that wouldn't release. Minor problems that didn't take away from an enjoyable weekend but should be corrected by the owners. Also, information on the web site doesn't correspond to the contract. Read carefully. We did have some difficulties contacting the owner to finalize the rental. Finally, a good unit in a great location that needs some TLC."

  • Everything one can hope for!

"Amazing apartment that went beyond our expectations. Lovely, spotless, comfortable, affordable, convenient location, kind and helpful owners. We spent our summer in the pied-a-terre, we had the best time one could have hoped. We found the apartment easily, the pictures don't even do it justice... such a wonderful place! Everything there is practical, there is a huge bathtub (which cannot be seen on the pictures), the garden is peaceful and very quiet, thus very enjoyable during the hot summer days. The only drawback being that the air-conditioning is monitored by the upstairs apartment. So be ready to have a pair of trainers and a jacket on hand even in the hottest days of summer if you have neighbors who love it very cold inside on such days. Despite this negligible shortcoming, the location is perfect, 15 meters from the lively and vibrating College Street, but shed from its traffic and nuisance. There is a streetcar stop taking you downtown just across the street, a Starbucks coffee and an organic shop within slipper-radius, and countless bars and restaurants within walking distance. If you don't want to depend on the arbitrariness of the streetcar, it is possible to walk to Ossington subway station in less than 10 minutes. Just brilliant. The owners were perfect as well, doing their best to make our Canadian experience an unforgettable one. Any problem/request, even tiny, was dealt with in a blink of an eye. They seemed very obliging and made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back again, maybe next time trying one of the upstairs flats. Thank you Jen and Dave for your hospitality, you made our summer the greatest so far!"

  • Excellent accommodation!

"Our daughter's home in Toronto was filled with our visiting family. The COZY SUITES provided a wonderful stay with quiet, comfortable and convenient accommodation. The food included was an added bonus and greatly appreciated. FREE parking is a rarity in Toronto. Many thanks to Deb, who I would hire as an interior decorator anytime."
