"My husband & I and our dog just returned from this beautiful property. Initially I was a bit concerned about not having WiFi access. That turned out to be such a blessing. We actually left our laptops behind and were able to enjoy the incredible views and each other without the constant barrage of the internet. I would have my cup of coffee near the dock each morning and my glass of wine there each night. Sunsets were incredible. My husband fished (caught & released several bass) on the same dock. He was a happy camper!! Make sure to check out the County Cider Company. Great food & location. Walked a few trails in Sand Dune Park- again beautiful views & pleasant, unhurried times. Enjoyed just driving around the area, stopping at the many little cottage-industry type shops (woodworking, crafts, food stuffs, wineries). Met many, many very kind residents of the area who gave us all sorts of recommendations for sight seeing, restaurants, etc. The cottage had everything you need to be quite comfortable. The owners were a pleasure to work with and available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again. I was actually relaxed when this vacation was over....that rarely happens!"

"We were a family group of 5 adults celebrating a milestone birthday over the Victoria day weekend. The Shannon Road house helped to make our weekend special. The house is charming, very clean, comfortable and really well equipped - the only thing we couldn't find was a tea-strainer! The location was ideal - an easy drive to the vineyards, Sandbanks beach and nature reserves. Nearby Bloomfield is a cute town where we enjoyed The Hub restaurant and ice creams at Slickers. I would definitely recommend both the house and Prince Edward County for a relaxing getaway."

"We had an amazing weekend at the Morganshire Glen. Six women gathered at the house from Friday night to Sunday to celebrate a special birthday. The house suited us perfectly and we enjoyed all the facilities -- including the spectacular view and sitting by the water with a glass of wine (local of course!). We loved exploring the County and packed a lot into those 2 days. We'll be back....."

"What a find! My fiancé and I decided last minute to look for a cottage for the Thanksgiving long weekend. We wanted a quiet place away from the city to just relax and enjoy the view. Well, lucky for us this cabin was available. It's exactly what we needed; no TV or internet = no distractions. Ed greeted us warmly on arrival and even left us a heater in the cottage as it was very chilly! We preferred to make fires in the wood burning stove to keep us warm, which provides a ton of heat. The view from the cottage is outstanding. We used the rowboat to try fishing but it was a bit windy. We made excellent meals in the BBQ. There is a firepit too! Just a short drive away (10-15 mins) we went hiking and wine tasting. The cheese factory is a must! Highly recommend this place - so clean and cozy and at a great price :)
We will be back and highly recommend!"
