"Thank you Jason for all your help planning a surprise 35th Anniversary Trip for my husband. We stayed for one week at Icicle Valley, and we could not have asked for a better vacation.
The cottage is even better than the pictures. The views from the cottage are breath taking. The kitchen is amazing and very well equipped. Our family spent a lot of time hanging out here, and taking turns enjoying making dinner while visiting with each other.
We were a group of seven ranging in age from 58 to 1, and the cottage had something for everyone. The waters edge was sandy and easy to walk into with our granddaughter. Our grandson and sons enjoyed fishing off the dock, and the canoe got well used. The hammock was a favourite spot to read and relax and the pool table was a great addition on the raining and cooler nights that we had. There is a very nice fire pit area and firewood was supplied (a great bonus) and we had a fire most nights. The hot tub was also used, and the steam sauna quickly became a favourite, The wireless connection was vey good.
Also we truly appreciated that we were able to bring our dog with us on vacation.
We would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to family and friends looking to plan their vacations.
Our grandson's only complaint was "Do we have to go home? Can't we stay!" and we take this as a sign of an awesome vacation."

"Carolyn was an extraordinary host. The place is so lovely. The cottage is perfectly well maintained and equipped. Everything has been taken care of. The bed is very soft (maybe too soft for some but perfect for others) :)
Cathy was very nice with helping Carolyn to organise our stay.
Thanks a lot!"

"I just spent a weekend at the Rosehill cottage with 6 guys and we had a blast. The lake is beautiful, quiet, clean and peaceful! It was a perfect guys weekend away. We played a round of golf at Le sorcier, went into Hull/Ottawa every night and enjoyed the casino, bars and byward market. The drive is about 45-60 mins away but worth the drive. Jim the owner stopped by and was a real nice guy! I highly recommend this cottage and I plan on returning with my wife."

"The process of booking the condo unit was very easy. Michael answered all our questions prior to arrival. Check in was a breeze. We were met at the condo and taken to the unit and they showed us the essentials. The two are very polite and very informative. We were on the 23rd floor and loved the view from the patio. We stayed there for two wonderful weeks. The condo had security measures of needing a key fob to enter the building and through some doors, it made me feel very comfortable and appreciated the added security. I read a previous review that the air conditioning was not to their satisfaction. I can say the air conditioning was working just fine during our stay. There are different thermostats for the master bedroom and living areas. We were very comfortable. We did not use the 2nd bedroom so can not comment of the comfort of the 2 twin beds. The master bed was comfortable. I will say I enjoyed having nice fluffy towels in the condo. We use vrbo's frequently and some people skimp on cheap towels. This is not the case with this condo, they provide nice thick white towels. I appreciated having a stackable washer/dryer in the condo. We took advantage of having the grocery store in the condo on the ground floor. The items were reasonably priced. I liked going for walks in the area. There is a nice large green space less than a block away. Also the people in the condo were very pleasant. Also a plus that I haven't seen mentioned in reviews is the garage parking space allocated for the unit is very close to the entrance door and very convenient. A few days before we left we went to Nova Pastry and bakery. The custard tarts are so very good as was their pie. When we return to Mississauga we will definitely want to stay at this condo unit and go back to Nova Pastries for their custard tarts. Thank you to Michael and Yvonne. We truly enjoyed our stay."
