"We enjoyed our stay very much!
We visited for 5 days from Germany beginning of August and found the apartment absolutely in line with the positive reviews we had read before.
Obviously, you do not pick this downtown location between Gardiner Expressway and railroad tracks if you seek peace and quiet. With closed windows, the noise level is bearable, though.
But what a great location! You have the panorama of CN Tower, Stadium, Railroad Museum plus lake in the background. We went to a Blue Jays game and walked home within 5 minutes. You have subway, streetcar, waterfront, Air Canada Center and a great supermarket (Longo's) all just one block away. The Convention Center is across the street, making the apartment closer than the official hotels. The garage is a plus and when you do need to use the car, you are at Gardiner and on your way in no time.
The apartment is not large, but right sized for 4 people (in our case 2 adults + 2 kids). Our kids took turns sleeping in the bed next to the panorama window rendering to to cityscape and railway station. From our bedroom and living room, we enjoyed the evening view towards illuminated CN Tower and Stadium.
As commented elsewhere, a good part of the closets is private storage, but manageable. On top, you can put suitcases & bags into the study room if needed. First access to the apartment (to access keys & garage) sounded daunting but turned out to be merely described in a very thorough manner.
All in all a very nice stay and we would definitely book again when the occasion arises."
