"What can we say - We loved our stay!
The cottage was spacious and equipped with anything we could have wanted or needed. The views of the Darnley Basin from the covered porch were great and we had many great sunsets and watched bald eagles on the eagle stand with the binoculars provided. All the rooms were very spacious, comfortable and we loved the outdoor shower.
We loved the close access (bottom of the street) to both the Darley Basin and Thunder Cove beach ( a quick 2 min drive, and walkable)and spent many hours walking the shoreline enjoying the red cliffs and dunes and wading in the Basin exploring the Basin floor.
The location was great - a quiet location, not far to Kensington, where the confederation trail runs though, or to Cavendish and under an hour to Charlottetown.
We didn't want to leave and we will definately be back next year.
Thank you, Lewis Family!!"

"My husband and I stayed at your incredible Beach House; It is just as pictured. The surrounding landscape and water views are stunning!!! Beautiful pink skies at sunset. The house is equipped with everything that you need. The washer and dryer is a nice bonus. We loved the Knotty Pine. This setting is truly peaceful and quiet.
My husband and I slept like babies.
We loved the loft upstairs where we enjoyed reading, napping and listening to the wind and looking out at the awesome view of the surrounding bay. We saw different kinds of birds and rabbits and even a fox! Such beautiful scenery all around PEI! Lot's to do;
kayaking, snorkeling, beautiful beaches, biking, water parks, music and great food! Shelly & Joe are very personable and professional people. Renting was a very smooth transaction. I really did a lot of searching on line and you won't find a better place to stay than Ocean Edge Beach House on PEI. You will absolutely love it!!!"

"Thanks Laurie and Sandy for sharing your wonderful home with us. The house was huge and offered everything we could possibly need. We had three families sharing the accommodations and everyone enjoyed our time together. We even cooked Thanksgiving dinner for the soccer team. It was so great to get home at night after a day watching soccer games or shopping and sightseeing and sit around the fireplace with a glass of wine. We found the trip into Charlottetown took no time at all, and the location was easy access to the National Park and sightseeing destinations. We are hoping to make it back in 2016 but next time the girls say the medal will be Gold instead if Silver, plus I don't think we ate enough lobsters!! Thanks again for all your help."

"Great location - very central to the Anne sights, and near a great beach! Nice family home - very clean and modern with great kitchen. Living room/lounging area a bit small for our group of 7 - no place to get away from the crowd. Master Bdrm fabulous! Other bdrms very small - only good for sleeping. Owners/staff wonderful! Responsive to questions and have a great FAQ notebook. Also have big video library for rainy days. Over an hour to get to Charlottetown if you've never been...
The owners suggest buying pre-cooked lobsters in the next town (5 min drive) - great idea to avoid the cooking - good price, and yummy (if a bit messy).
Not a good choice for someone with mobility issues. Bedrooms are all on second floor - Stairs are a bit steep and go around a corner, so difficult to manage."
