"Absolutely perfect location and cottage. Quiet and scenic. Close to grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy and liquor store in North Rustico. Everything you need in a cottage is there. Highly recommend to all my friends and am hoping to get there again next year. Thank you Winfried!"

"We would like to thank the owners of this dear Cape Tryon House for donating a week to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a fundraiser with sincere and deep gratitude.
This home welcomed us into its great spacious rooms filled with warmth and comfort upon our arrival. There is no hotel room in the world that can replace the hospitality that we found here.
PEI has a terrific history and so much of it is represented through out the house.
There is beautiful artwork, carvings, mosaics, and trinkets everywhere. The furniture and rugs, lighting and wall colors all played together to make coming 'home' after a long day of fun a treat.
Our grandchildren loved the bedrooms on the third floor. The rooms were created with a lot of love and forethought, which was not lost on the kids. We adults enjoyed sitting below stairs to listen to their giggles and play.
We found that the kids enjoyed a fire in the fireplace in the mornings and so we all gathered there for breakfast and to plan the days adventures. We returned there at the end of the day to enjoy the extensive selection of books and music that we found tucked here and there in little corners.
Green grass and the ocean beyond is not only a fantastic view but a fabulous place for the kids and pup to burn off extra energy. A few kites, and a bat and ball did the trick!
We have already started to plan our next trip to this excellent place that is Prince Edward Island and to our new friend, The Cape Tryon House."

"We had an amazing time during our stay. There was lots of space for everyone to spread out in the house and wonderful grounds for the kids to play on. It is close to Cavendish for lots of shopping fun at the boardwalk and many other activities. It was a quick jaunt into Kensington too for some odds and ends of groceries. We had a wonderful view overlooking the river and got to go out on the boat with Greg for tons of fun exploring. It was close to French River beach where we enjoyed the beautiful sandy beaches and warm water.
The stay was amazing and relaxing. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owners who were happy to help us or recommend beaches or restaurants. It is definitely a place we plan to go to again!"

"My husband and I could not have been more satisfied with our stay at this cottage. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we could ever need... all we had to do was bring some food and our clothes! The open kitchen concept was great for cooking the lobster and mussels we picked up in Stanley Bridge and the fireplace kept us toasty warm in the evenings when the temperature dropped outside.
The cottage is beautiful and the location is breathtaking! We could not recommend this cottage more!!"
