"A lovely, well appointed home, close to Brackley Beach and harbour. We had 4 adults in our group (1 couple, 2 singles) and all were very comfortable with good privacy.
The location was ideal and made for perfect little trips to Rustico for lunch or the beach for long walks. It was wonderful to be able to see the bay and feel connected to the ocean. Beautiful sunrises from the deck!
Richard was very pleasant and and prompt to interact with, and went out of his way to be helpful. We were thrilled with our first HomeAway experience, and I think it's all due to this owner."

"When you have a bunch of 30-something females fighting over rooms you know that you've scored a gem.
At 146 years old, Potter's House is in pretty good shape. Polished timber floors, centralised heating, gabled wallpapered rooms, soft willowy curtains, shingled walls in bright yellow, breathtaking views and of course wifi. The house also has an equipped kitchen with a fridge, toaster, microwave, stove etc. Linens are aplenty.
Suzanne, our host, who also works at the Village Pottery next door (btw, 10% discount for renters) was so helpful and gave us excellent local tips around the island.
Its idyllic location is perfect for a day's trip per touring region (Points East, North Cape, Green Gables Shore & Red Sands Shore) and if you are an Anne Of Green Gables fan it only takes less than 10 mins by car to get to all the associated attractions. It's close to the French Village and is only 40 mins away from Charlottetown- close enough for you to catch a musical (Anne & Gilbert is a MUST SEE) and back.
By the way, if you're lucky you may see a fox or two nearby. We didn't. I guess it looks like we will had to come back......"

Stanhope Cape Beach PEI - Oceanviews and easy beach access at home away from home
"Nothing could be easier than staying here. You are a 10 minute walk from swimming in the warm Gulf ocean currents and exploring miles of sandy beaches. Our family has summer vacationed in the North Shore and Brackley Beach areas for decades. Yes, we've enjoyed many stays at the Inns and rented beach cottages but this year we wanted to host a family reunion in "our home." Within the first hour our family was at home here. By dinner time we'd had our ocean swims/walks, showered in luxurious bathrooms, bought fresh fish from Richard's and had the large dining table set for company. We could not believe how well designed and equipped this home is for entertaining with living rooms on both levels. Aside from the oceanviews from almost every room, there are balconies and decks galore for each to enjoy a private view of those awesome sunrises/sunsets. Once the sun went down, it was easy to fall asleep in comfy beds listening to ocean breezes. The peace and natural beauty of this location will draw you back as will the albums of cherished memories. The owners could write the manual on excellent customer service, notably their timely responses."

The perfect house for a great PEI family vacation!
"The Stanley View Summer Home was the perfect location for two young families to spend our summer holiday! Clean and comfortable with lots of room and so many amenities to keep us comfortable for the week - including the welcome basket, which was a lovely touch! The kids loved the big yard to run around in (especially through the sprinkler!), as well as jumping off the nearby wharf and going for canoe rides. The adults loved the spacious deck, where we ate breakfast and dinner each day (enjoying the spectacular view!), as well as the screened-in porch area, great for relaxing in the evenings after the little ones were in bed! The Campbell family were wonderful hosts - answering many questions prior to the visit, stopping by to ensure everything was okay and even setting up the sprinkler for our children to enjoy! Thank you Campbell family - we can't wait to come back again!"
