  • Perfect PEI Escape

"We have been to PEI many times. Absolutely loved the comfort and warmth of the cottage. It was well equipped and prepared. Easy to get to other sightseeing destinations nearby. The beach access is beautiful. There is a fast running, deeper (depending on the tide) section to cross - well worth it, but be sure to bring water shoes!"

  • What you see on line is what you get! A fabulous clean cottage with a gorgeous beach!

"We had an excellent time visiting PEI! There were 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 children- ages 17 and 12. We also brought along the dog! The cottage was VERY clean. It was so comfortable, it was almost like home. The owners were extremely helpful with everything from directions to "things to do" while we were there. They really did think of everything. We are not golfers but the beach and the horseback riding kept us busy. The cottage is close to so many tourist areas that our one week went extremely fast. I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone with any type of vacation in mind. You may want to book more than 1 week though!"

  • Island getaway

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It us set back from the road and hidden by trees. Mary's gardens are lovely, and attract birds and butterflies. It is so peaceful to relax in the screened-in porch sitting room and little to the sounds of nature, including the hum of the hummingbird's wings as it flies to the flowers. We are very familiar with the island and think this part of PEI is a favourite. It is down-home and laid-back, and not as touristy and busy as, for example, the north shore of the island around Cavendish. Panmure beach is close and Poverty Beach (Murray Harbour North) and Beach Point (Murray Harbour South) are not far either. There is an seeemingly endless amount of possible beachwalking possibility and there are many small wharves in addition to the bigger ones in the area."

  • Great spot

"The chalet was beautiful. You could see the ocean from the master bedroom-it was wonderful to wake up to such a lovely view. Everything was very modern and lovely inside. It's only half an hour to Charlottetown and very close to the ferry as well. We appreciated all the owner's suggestions of things to do-and did most of them! The Chowder House was amazing, but make sure you have a reservation. The beach was awesome at low tide, and the golf cart was such a great idea for getting all our beach gear down there. I just wish the weather had been more cooporative. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again."
