"This is an amazing place to stay. And the owners were responsive to all our inquiries. The drive up to see it the first time was breathtaking. When the tide goes out we would walk on the beach picking up shells and snails, and exploring the tidal pools. The house it airy and cool at night and we would spend our late evenings looking up at the stars and listening to the ocean. It was also easy to drive and explore other parts of PEI. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning a visit. Thanks!"

"We spent three peaceful weeks at this beautiful cottage. The views from the cottage windows are spectacular & watching the tides go in & out, & the gorgeous sunsets in the evening were a delight! Watching the birds & especially the hummingbirds gave our 14 month old grandson such joy! He also loved learning to walk on the large front lawn & on the beach when the tide was out. The cottage is very well equipped with an abundance of cozy towels, a washer & dryer, a dishwasher, bikes, kayaks, & a barbecue. We couldn't have asked for anything more! We loved exploring the area & found an amazing take out restaurant in Gateway Village at Borden Carlton called Scapes which we frequented often! We swam daily & the water was warm & lovely! Family & friends visited us & we all loved our time at this gorgeous spot! Thank you Zoe for making us feel so comfortable & well taken care of!"

"the first thing that draws you in are the pictures here on this website, which by the way, do not do the place justice. the owners are lovely, helpful people. there were 4 people in our party and when we walked in we could see it would not feel confining. small looking on the outside, but once you walk in it felt very spacious. the interior decor was perfect. and what can be said about the awesomely large deck with the hammock. stress free holidaying at its best. we rented for 2 weeks and it went by so fast. the cottage was private but you did not feel alone. then there is the view to describe, which by the way is almost to hard. walking along the shoreline, the sunrise and sunset, the lane to the highway for strolling...there are no words that can convey just how beautiful that whole area is. the drive to summmerside was quick and easy. the first day we went in for supplies and on the return we got a little lost in the dark, but a lovely lady who worked in a corner store not far from the cottage got us straightened out. after that we had absolutely no problems. a very nicely central place to get from one side of the island to the other. i would totally and happily re-rent the cottage again."

"The beach cottage at Augustine Cove was everything we expected & matched the owners description & pictures perfectly. The cottage is comfortable & well equipped with a wonderful screened in area to enjoy dinners, card games & also provided a great view of the Confederation Bridge & spectacular sunsets. This was a family reunion for us. We were two parents & four adult kids...all of had a great time! We loved the beach...went clamming often, played bocce ball when the tide was out...our son brought his kayak which he used daily then tied to the base of the beach stairs. We bought lobster at Captain Cooks which we prepared ourselves! We would also highly recommend a meal at the Landmark Cafe. The guys played golf at Crowbush, a bit of a drive but worth it. We spent a day in Charlottetown & took in the Anne of Green Gables play..as heartwarming as I remember! Mary was great to work with & had everything completely prepared for our arrival including cool drinks in the fridge! We all loved our time at the cottage & were happy to be "islanders" if only for a week!"
