"This was our second time at this apartment. Once more it was perfect! The ease of parking, the quiet building, wifi, and location is beyond the beyond. We also found a marche- Provigo on rue Beaubien at the corner of 9th ave which worked out for us. We were able to do breakfast and lunch in the apartment then took ourselves out for a wonderous dinner- so very many restaurants to chose from!!! Hopefully soon to return!!!!!"

"The suite was in excellent condition and even the bathroom was well appointed. Patrick made me feel very welcomed. He provided many basics that most vacation rentals would not such as laundry tokens, detergent, spices, oil, body wash, many dishes and glasses, etc. He made sure I knew how to use the special keys for entering the building and use of appliances. There were plenty of linens. The location is very close to two major bus routes #24 and #45 with service every 10 minutes to a subway station. Also close the Gare des Autocars on rue Berri where the 747 bus to the airport can be taken. Can walk to the bus station with wheeled luggage in 20 minutes or hop on the #24 bus. There are several grocery stores within walking distance as well as a few liquor/wine stores. He provided a binder of city information for must see venues, maps of the area showing grocery stores and other amenities, and notes for use of appliances. Lots of brochures left behind by many guests with maps of the city's attractions. It was great to know that he could be contacted in the unlikely event of an emergency and there was a help phone in the lobby to contact building management in case of a problem in the suite. I would definitely rent this suite again. The swimming pool has been well renovated and soon should be open again."

"My husband and I love to visit Quebec City and have stayed in a variety of accommodations over the years. When we come for more than a night or two we prefer to have more space than a hotel room offers and also kitchen facilities. Apartment 204 in this condo building was perfect for our most recent 4-night stay during February. We found it to be as good or better than presented on-line, with everything in good working order. The renovation of this magnificent old building on rue Saint-Jean in the Upper Town of Vieux Quebec is sympathetic, keeping architectural details like the tall, arched windows while incorporating every modern comfort. The high ceilings and the split level design provide both a feeling of space and grandeur downstairs and coziness (in the bedroom) upstairs. Weather was quite cold during our stay, but it was easy to regulate the thermostats to our chosen temperatures. We enjoyed many of the amenities, from the music channels on the cable TV, the iPod dock, the deep soaking bathtub, the well-equipped kitchen, to the excellent bedding and furniture. This particular apartment includes a parking space in a heated garage about a 5-minute walk from the building--a rarity in Quebec. The building is very secure, with multiple coded and keyed entry points. The location is so central that we never moved our car until it was time to pack up again. Booking, reception and check-out were all handled smoothly, professionally and with amity. For a single or couple seeking a lovely, central business or leisure nest in Quebec City, without need for hotel services, I highly recommend this rental unit. My only caveat is to bring a sleep mask if you prefer total darkness at nigh. Although the bedroom has curtains for privacy and dims nicely, the upper loft remains open to the other windows and there is no way to block out street lights from the upper arches."

"This was a perfect place for a large group. It was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. The ski in ski out access was easy and fun for the whole group. Ralph was great with pre arrival communication and we were even able to get into the unit a little early. Tremblant was a very friendly mountain, first time for all of us and we would certainly go back. There did not appear to be a base lodge but plenty of restaurants and shops to chose from. There is a large lodge at the top of the mountain, so on our last day, after check out, we brought our lunch up there and all met. We also enjoyed skating and tubing. The tubing was complimentary with our stay which was a nice surprise. We had excellent fondu in town one night...($$$$) a great experience."
