Classic oasis in the middle of Montreal
"The apartment is beautiful, excellently located with all the comforts required for a relaxing stay. If you are looking for a clean place to enjoy some relaxation time, this is the place. If you are looking for a place which you can walk 100 meters (in each direction) and eat at some of the finest dining in Montreal, this is the place. This apartment is an excellent place to call home while visiting Montreal."

"Location was awesome, Loft was perfect, Montreal was a great city and Marie was an amazing host. Her recommendations were spot on and she followed up during our stay to make sure everything was ok. I can't wait to stay in the loft again (when the weather is a little warmer)!"

"I enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Patrick's condo, which is situated perfectly in the Plateau area of Montreal to be close (but not too close...) to everything. The condo itself is very inviting and welcoming and clean, clean clean. The views out of this building are spectacular, both east and west!
Patrick put a lot of thought into the furnishings and the little extras, and if I even thought there was something I might need - there it was! There is even a little grocery store in the building for necessities, but it is far more fun to walk a few short, beautiful blocks to the larger grocery store just around the corner.
I will be coming back again to visit my son and will definitely arrange to stay here again. It will be my Montreal "home".
Thanks Patrick for being so friendly and accommodating!"

"This apartment is beautiful, spacious and even though it is the basement of an historic building, the street windows are high enough to provide enough light. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable..the bed mattress is exquisite (almost as good as at the Queen Elizabeth - and they are THE best). The owner is helpful in providing local information (shopping, SAQ locations, Metro). Our only concerns were: We were looking forward to some quiet nights in front of the fire but the gas pilot was out/notworking and the owner never fixed this even after we mentioned it the first day. Also the radiant heater in the living room didn't work even after having it reset. Since my partner has issues with the cold, this made the room uncomfortable for her to sit in. Lastly, this may seem minor but, one of the reasons we rent through VRBO is to be able to prepare our own meals as we enjoy cooking and experiencing short-term living in different cities. Though the kitchen was fairly well equipped, the knives were completely dull. A resharpening would be in order. These issues probably wouldn't bother most people staying here and they only had an impact on certain aspects of our stay. Overall, the experience of staying in this apartment was positive."
