  • Great Place, Great Host

"This place is the greatest place ever! There is no reason to stay in a hotel if you can stay here. A group of 8 made the 6 hour trip up to Montreal for a Bachelor party. Stephan was great and easy to deal with from the initial inquiry to where we checked in and out. This is a great place to hang out before heading downtown (which is only 10-15 min away). There is a ping pong table (great for Beirut), pool table, pinball machine and bubble hockey. Lots of sleeping options with the movable futons. The kitchen allowed us to buy some stuff at the local grocery and cook at the Loft. There is also a speaker for iPad which allowed us to listen to music. The terrace outside was nice for people to hang out or step out for a smoke. The neighborhood is on the quiet side so just be respectful and should not have any problem. As for bachelor party activities: Clubs - Recommend Chez Paree and Club SuperSexe. Group activity: G1Tour, driving a Lamborgini and Ferrari. Bars - Peel Pub (different daily specials on pitchers of Beer, Rum/Coke, etc). I hope to be back again and will definitely check to see if the Loft is available. Awesome time!!!"

  • Cozy and Comfortable.

"The apartment is cozy and comfortable with lots of clever artistic touches. It is an older home that fits in with the other older homes in Lévis. The unit is on the second floor with a limited view of the St Lawrence River and Old Quebec. Everything worked well and there were lots of dishes, pans etc that allowed us to cook anything we wanted. The living room had lots of comfortable furniture and the beds were firm but not hard. The shower was a bit unusual- see the picture- but it worked well for the 2 of us, with plenty of hot water. The apartment is across from a small park overlooking the river and Old Quebec. The day we arrived we sat in the park and watched the Queen Mary 2 depart. Like many, many places in Quebec the apartment is on the second floor and you have to be prepared for steps. Celine and Pierre were the perfect hosts. Pierre took us around in his car to show us where everything was located in old Levis. They were there whenever we had questions but otherwise did not intrude on our privacy. Old Lévis was pleasant. There were some small restaurants nearby that were good and a decent grocery store a short drive away. Getting into Old Quebec was fairly easy. There is a stairway down to the ferry dock but it is-best quess- about 16 or 17 stories worth of steps back up. We parked at the bottom for $3 to avoid the walk back up. The ferry runs at least twice an hour into the early evening. The ferry docks in the old town quite close to the funicular. We actually took our car on the ferry to get to Ile de Orleans one day and it was quite easy."

  • Couldn't have been any better!

"We came for a few days in late September. Sylvain was very helpful when we had any questions about location/entry to the building and any other particular details we may needed. When we got to the loft, the location was amazing! It couldn't have been more centrally located to restaurants, shops, etc. simply walk out the front door and you are walking among amazing bakeries, restaurants, and late night hangouts! The loft itself was comfortable, relaxing, and offered a quiet refuge to escape and catch up on some work from back home when we weren't walking the beautiful old city. (Using the secure wireless internet is a great help in finding local sites, etc). The loft was so comfortable, we slept in a few days, which is something we rarely do. I would absolutely recommend the loft to anyone who was thinking of visiting. For the location, amenities, and overall experience, it is a fantastic value!"
