"We had a pleasant stay in this condo in mid October. The condo's best features are LOCATION (heart of Old Quebec near Rue Ste.-Jean), SPACE (eat-in-kitchen, two bedrooms plus living room with sleeper sofa), and LAUNDRY facilities. Also, we must mention the friendly OWNERS as a plus. The condo was never too hot nor too cold during our stay. Public parking is a short walk away. The hot tub functioned while we were there and we used it, but it was more on the very warm side rather than hot (96 degrees.) The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils, and tools that you will need during your stay.
The negatives of the condo are the uneven floors and stairs. Yes, they are to be expected in an old building, but the stairs are very slanted to one side and the floor between the living room and kitchen has a step of about 1 1/2 to 2 inches so take your balance and mobility into consideration when deciding whether to rent the condo. We ourselves tripped on the step several times and my son fell part way down the stairs but was OK. Parking was listed as an amenity so I had thought it was included. It turns out that public parking is a short distance away, but no parking was included with the rental. It ended up being difficult to find someone to help us buy a parking pass so we had the additional expense of daily parking. There is a also a lot of dust from the mortar between the stone walls. I know that the apartment was dusted before we arrived, but by the time we left 3 days later there was significant dust. Another negative is that the massive bookcase on the left of the fireplace is secured by a single screw that is coming out. Because the bookcase is so heavy and tall but not deep, I was constantly worried that my youngest would try to climb it and it would fall on him. I mentioned the issue to one of the owners and she said that they might secure the bookcase. Another much more minor issue (for us) was the presence of many almonds on the floor in the living room which told me that that room had not been given a proper cleaning before our arrival. We are not allergic so it wasn't a big concern, but when you pay an $80 cleaning fee, I think it's reasonable to expect that the last renters also paid the fee and so the apt should be free of snacks on the floor. I mentioned the nuts to the owner after our departure.
The cupboards had salt, pepper, tea and sugar. Bring your own shampoo."

"Came here for my buddies bachelor party, couldn't have found a better place to stay! Easy access to the subway to downtown and quick access to food and bars. Park across the street if you have kids, Stefan is here to help you out. Love this place a lot of space for a big party. Great outdoor patio! Look forward to visiting again!"

"My family and I just returned from a fantastic stay at Condo Les Manoirs and while I don't write reviews often I felt compelled here. It's a rental condo but honestly doesn't feel like it. The condo decor is warm and inviting and in general clean and very well equipped (kitchen equipment, basic supplies, Xbox(!), fast wifi).
Location is convenient being about 20 minutes walk from the resort village center mostly through a bike/X-country ski trail which is nice. For skiing it's either the shuttle which is basically right outside and comes every 1/2 hour or maybe 500m (mostly ski) to the P2 chair lift).
Surprises for us included the heated floor in both bathrooms and kitchen...nice in the winter, really comfortable beds and wildlife (deer) at your window every morning.
I found Alain and Lucie great to work with and really supportive in helping us with an issue of our own making (thanks again Lucie!).
We plan to stay again next year."

"We spent 6 days and 5 nights in the chalet during Christmas 2014. We were 6 adults and 1 kid. We had no trouble finding the place. We had a wonderful and very peaceful time there! The chalet is very comfortable, clean and airy. It is the perfect place to spend an awesome family moment. The direct access to the ski track is a real bonus and the free buses are very convenient. We loved our stay in the chalet and we definitively recommend it."
