  • My family loved Montreal in Winter at this fabulous house

"We spent 4 lovely days in Montreal with this house as the perfect base. The house is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed for cooking. It is 2 blocks from Atwater Market, which has to be the nicest food market in Montreal. The neighborhood was perfect for my husband and 3 kids - there are coffee shops and restaurants. We were especially grateful for the parking space. I was slightly concerned that we would want to be more in the thick of things, but was totally wrong. The neighborhood - Southwest - is a hip, mixed French and English, super-fun location. The renters gave us great ideas for things to do downtown and close-by. We sledded and skated and even went rock-climbing in an old silo. We are hoping to return to this house in summer so we can take advantage of the proximity biking trails!"

  • Couldn't have been any better!

"We came for a few days in late September. Sylvain was very helpful when we had any questions about location/entry to the building and any other particular details we may needed. When we got to the loft, the location was amazing! It couldn't have been more centrally located to restaurants, shops, etc. simply walk out the front door and you are walking among amazing bakeries, restaurants, and late night hangouts! The loft itself was comfortable, relaxing, and offered a quiet refuge to escape and catch up on some work from back home when we weren't walking the beautiful old city. (Using the secure wireless internet is a great help in finding local sites, etc). The loft was so comfortable, we slept in a few days, which is something we rarely do. I would absolutely recommend the loft to anyone who was thinking of visiting. For the location, amenities, and overall experience, it is a fantastic value!"

  • Wonderful week in Montreal

"My husband and I travelled to Montreal for a much-needed respite from our hectic lives. We saw the apartment and the welcome shrimp/sushi tray on VRBO and decided to give this place a try. The week was fabulous - beginning each day with a delicious breakfast left in the fridge by Michael was a daily treat and ending each day with a glass of wine or beer left by him was delightful. Michael drew all over the map things to see and do and we tried to take in everything. We became pros at riding the Metro (we found Papineau station to be most convenient) and aimed for one 'special' activity each day - like climbing Mont Roayale, going to the museum, walking to Atwater Market, etc. some may think that a week would be too long to stay in Montreal, but we found it perfect. Felt we really got to know the city. With the sumptuous breakfasts, we could usually hold out and skipped lunch, aiming for a nice dinner instead. Michael kept everything well stocked, clean, and even lent my husband his phone charger when we realized we forgot it. Highly recommended!"

  • Fantastic family holiday for Ironman World Championships

"We had a great time up at Mt Tremblant at this lovely property. It was more than spacious for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. It was well equipped for cooking in both kitchens although we only made use of the one. The gardens were lovely and the property is centrally located for the Ironman course and proximity to the village and old part of Tremblant too. Close to trails for running and cycling and lakes for swimming. It felt like a home away from home with everything you would use and need in your own home. The owners are very accommodating and really helpful with everything. The hot tub was great. We had lots of visits from squirrels, deer, birds and it was great for the kids as they loved running around in the garden. Fantastic holiday and we would definitely come back again. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us, now to come back in the ski season!!"
