  • Great Chalet for a family reunion

"We absolutely enjoyed our holiday. The chalet was filled with high quality finishings. The screened in hot tub was perfect and the kids enjoyed the theatre, pool table and foosball. There was something for everyone to enjoy. I would highly recommend this Home and hope to go back again."

  • Convenient and Comfortable!

"Paul is a super landlord and I would rent from him again. This studio is wonderfully convenient to experience downtown Montreal and see all the sights. It is comfortable and clean, with a laundry down the hallway and a TV. Whether you are looking for business or vacation purposes, it's hard to think of a better option for downtown Montreal."

  • My family loved Montreal in Winter at this fabulous house

"We spent 4 lovely days in Montreal with this house as the perfect base. The house is beautiful, clean, and well-appointed for cooking. It is 2 blocks from Atwater Market, which has to be the nicest food market in Montreal. The neighborhood was perfect for my husband and 3 kids - there are coffee shops and restaurants. We were especially grateful for the parking space. I was slightly concerned that we would want to be more in the thick of things, but was totally wrong. The neighborhood - Southwest - is a hip, mixed French and English, super-fun location. The renters gave us great ideas for things to do downtown and close-by. We sledded and skated and even went rock-climbing in an old silo. We are hoping to return to this house in summer so we can take advantage of the proximity biking trails!"

  • Charming vacation property

"We just spent a week in this charming vacation home with our family ranging in age from 14 months to 82 years. The house is exceptionally well equipped, especially in the kitchen, and we didn't lack for anything. There were even binoculars to view the wonderful panorama from the large picture window in the living room. We had the benefit of country living on a hilltop within minutes from Montebello. We cooked all but one of our meals and enjoyed eating together around the large dining table. We barbecued twice and spent an evening eating, talking and playing guitar in the screened porch beside the BBQ. There were lots of DVDs to choose from and games to play in the cupboards. The twenty-somethings spent several evenings in the hot tub -- the owners change the water with each new rental. The staircase from the road to the house is fairly steep but the 82-year-old was able to manage just fine, but this could be a consideration for someone with mobility issues (check with the friendly owners!). Park Omega is a couple of minutes up the road and well worth the expense of entry. Fun for all ages. We picked up delectable croissants at La Fromagerie in Montebello for breakfast, as well as fresh curds. We sampled the house beer at the microbrewery in town (Les Brasseurs de Montbello), and tried the poutine as takeout from the restaurant a couple of doors down the road (Delice Champetre). We had fun choosing a souvenir poster in Galerie Montebello with some help from the amiable owner. Some of us enjoyed the renowned Sunday brunch at Chateau Montebello. Our whole family spent a memorable week together and thoroughly enjoyed Far Horizons."
