"It was our first experience VRBO and we were delighted with the accomodatons, the area and courtesy of the owners John and Jane. They had lots of helpful resources for exploring their neighbourhood and Montreal. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to do our meals as well as access to the BBQ and patio on the upper deck. The bikes they have to rent are very convenient to explore the LaChine Canal. We were able to park our caron the street and take the Metro (5 min walk) to everywhere we wanted to go in Montreal. We also appreciated the provision of a "comforatble" cot. Jane greeted us with bagels and cream cheese for our breakast on arrival."

  • Peace and Quiet

"Having stayed downtown Kelowna the previous year for a week of vacation, our family was looking for a bit quieter of an environment this year (but of course still all the comforts of home)! In short, we had a wonderful stay, this was exactly what we were looking for. Communication from Donna was very good, and the additional info she provided at check-in answered any outstanding questions regarding local activities, etc. The outdoor gardens deserve special mention, as there are plenty of spots to relax and enjoy the scenery, or nap in the hammocks. The beach is indeed just a short walking distance away, at which we spent many hours. The local market store (a few min drive away, or an easy short bike ride) was clean and well stocked as well, with a burger/pizza grill for any evening poutine cravings. Warm and sunny for most of the week, the times when it rained during the day we were able to relax either inside, or outside on the very large covered private patio."

  • Spectacular View Castle

"First of all it is definitely a castle, because its a very spacious house with an open concept. The location was great because wineries, fruit markets and especially the lake is right underneath your nose. The house as outside if even more spectacular inside, the owner definitely has a taste in design. The only down side is I wish I would stay there longer not for just three nights but minimum a week. Because three days is not enough time to take in all the beauty that this property has to offer. For bonus, the house owner is extremely nice and is always there if you need assistance. Would definitely recommend this property."
