  • Cozy and Comfortable.

"The apartment is cozy and comfortable with lots of clever artistic touches. It is an older home that fits in with the other older homes in Lévis. The unit is on the second floor with a limited view of the St Lawrence River and Old Quebec. Everything worked well and there were lots of dishes, pans etc that allowed us to cook anything we wanted. The living room had lots of comfortable furniture and the beds were firm but not hard. The shower was a bit unusual- see the picture- but it worked well for the 2 of us, with plenty of hot water. The apartment is across from a small park overlooking the river and Old Quebec. The day we arrived we sat in the park and watched the Queen Mary 2 depart. Like many, many places in Quebec the apartment is on the second floor and you have to be prepared for steps. Celine and Pierre were the perfect hosts. Pierre took us around in his car to show us where everything was located in old Levis. They were there whenever we had questions but otherwise did not intrude on our privacy. Old Lévis was pleasant. There were some small restaurants nearby that were good and a decent grocery store a short drive away. Getting into Old Quebec was fairly easy. There is a stairway down to the ferry dock but it is-best quess- about 16 or 17 stories worth of steps back up. We parked at the bottom for $3 to avoid the walk back up. The ferry runs at least twice an hour into the early evening. The ferry docks in the old town quite close to the funicular. We actually took our car on the ferry to get to Ile de Orleans one day and it was quite easy."

  • Beautiful Chalet!

"We had a couples retreat for one weekend and we simply couldn’t have asked for better accommodations to simply relax and enjoy our time in the sun. The pool and spa was the focal point of the chalet and the grounds were perfectly maintained and extremely clean. The exterior and interior truly gave the impression of being in a chalet away from the big city with all the log-cut walls and wooden finishings. The chalet was well equipped with kitchen supplies to cook a great home-made meal and came with a surplus amount of linens for shower and sleeping accommodations. You can even take advantage of a few hiking trails and the St-Sauveur waterslides during the summer time, all within close proximity. The owner was always responsive to our questions and went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Amazing service. I highly recommend this chalet and will definitely be back in the future!"

  • wonderful getaway for families

"We absolutely loved the property! My husband, myself and our 3 little ones (1 boy 10 yrs, 1 girl 6 yrs, and 1 boy 4 yrs.) had plenty of room to roam around the house without feeling like we were on top of one another. The area is beautiful, and the full kitchen was definitely a plus. It gave us the freedom to go to the local store to purchase groceries to prepare there at the house. The house is far enough from the hectic Montreal atmosphere, but close enough to local shops, and attractions. We found some wonderful things to do in the area that were fun, and family friendly activity wise, and money wise as well. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing time or someone who has a family that needs space to expand out in a warm cozy atmosphere. It was winter time so the lake was beautiful to look at but the weather was to cold for hiking in the area or swimming of course. Loved the house, Walter is a joy to work with and very understanding to the needs of a traveler. We would love to return to the area."

  • Excellente location

"L'appartement est vraiment superbe, propre, spacieux, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Il est très bien situé pour visiter Montréal, on peut laisser sa voiture sur place et prendre le bus de l'autre côté de la rue qui vous amène en 20min dans le centre de Montréal, de plus il y a tout pour pouvoir faire ses courses ou aller au resto à proximité. C'est vraiment une très belle location."
