  • Sapphire Condo Rental

"The unit was nice and the location being near the Ferry in Red Hook for day trips to St Johns Island was great. Great views. Nice water. Unit owner was pleasant and easy to work with. On the down side, we had to send a reminder to get our mid-week unit cleaning service and the balcony which was very nice in general had a wood lattice above the door full of mold growth and the above unit sweep a bunch on sand down on our balcony."

  • Even more perfect than we hoped for!

"Upon arriving at the property, we were warmly greeted by both Shawnamae and Terria, and shown around the unbelievably beautiful property. The condo took our breath(s) away, my teenagers were ecstatic at its luxury and comfort. The décor is beautiful and beach-y, and we slept like angels in our lovely beds. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was perfect (granite, stainless, the works), and we appreciated the coffee and sugars that were provided. We ate most all breakfasts and lunches next door at the Ocean Club (very good), and walked to several excellent restaurants (Opus, Coco Bistro among them). We liked riding the bikes to town for ice cream! Every trip and taxi arranged for us went perfectly, and we would definitely recommend this facility and in particular, this condo to anyone! In hindsight, we should have rented a car to explore more, but everyone had so much fun just sitting or taking walks that we never felt like we missed much... Again, a wonderful, memorable experience!"

  • A wonderful place to relax!!!

"Our family of 4 spent great week between Christmas and New Year in this condo. From the time we entered it, we felt ourselves at home. The condo was clean and had everything a family might need. Good stock of kitchenware, plenty of sitting and sleeping places, 2 bathrooms, etc. We even used one of the good size charcoal grills in the pool area which were placed there for convenience of the tenants. The view from the balcony was just amazing! We had all breakfasts there watching the calm Caribbean sea and enjoying fresh pastries from the nearby bakeries. Our kids explored the clean sandy beaches as well as the pool on the property. The beach right outside of this property is very calm and best for swimming and relaxing. Within 3 minutes walk down the beach there are rocks where we collected a handful of colorful seaglass. But in case if you get bored just sitting on the calm beach, there are many places around to see. Beaches on the northern side of Rincon very often have crashing waves and as a result, attract a lot of surfers. Rincon also has a few bars and restaurants with good kitchen and some decent live music. We'd like to thank owner of this property for great communication and help in making our vacation an unforgettable event."

  • Best vacation ever!

"Hi Vince, Roger and I, and our entire family would like to thank you so very much for allowing us to use your house for our vacation! We had one of the best vacations that we have ever had, and it was thanks to you and Debanne for providing the wonderful house to help make our time in Grand Cayman the best! You have everything possible in the house to make it user friendly and so comfy! Every single person you recommended we get in touch with for any of our needs was right on! I don’t think we have ever met so many nice people! Alex was able to find someone to cook for us since your Marie was not around. We fell in love with who she found for us, Linda Jackson was her name. She brought her cousin Roxy with her each morning, and they added so much to our vacation…we felt they were part of our family when we left. I would highly recommend Linda again. Linda and Roxy ended up making a Caymanian dinner for us one night and ended up babysitting another. We all wished we could have taken them home with us. We ended up going to Rum Point for beach and dinner; Kaibo for cocktails and dinner; Tukkas for Friday Night Fish BBQ, rented a boat from Cayman Luxury Yachts...we would highly recommend all! We could go on and on about our experiences there but we know you hear this from everyone! It was absolutely the perfect vacation spot and we thank you for sharing it with us. We also loved DebAnn’s art work…she is very talented! Thank you for everything…you made wonderful memories possible for us…it was even worth turning 70 to be able to do this vacation!"

Anguilla Travel Tips

Activities and Attractions at Anguilla Vacation Rentals

Anguilla is a tropical paradise located in the Caribbean. It is an island known for its beautiful beaches and calm turquoise waters. It’s a place where you can relax, and be as active or lazy as you choose. Many people visit simply to be able to enjoy the beautiful white beach sands, warm tropical sun and delicious rum cocktails. But if you’d like to be a little more active than that, there are plenty of great activities. The calm turquoise waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. You can visit the reefs and watch the many colorful tropical reef fish dart between the corals. For certified divers, you can explore the underwater wonders by signing up with one of the dive charters.

The national sport of Anguilla is sailing and when the weather is good, you’ll see all types and sizes of sailing craft out on the water. The winds provide ideal sailing conditions and regattas are often held throughout the year. Sea kayaking is a great way to explore the coastline. Protected by the barrier reefs, most of the coastline is relatively calm. If you enjoy deep sea fishing, you can go out beyond the reefs for a day of fishing. The experienced skippers will be able to take you to where the fish are biting.

No visit to Anguilla is complete without taking a boat cruise. You can choose from a slow and steady glass-bottomed boat to a luxurious high-speed cruiser. There are also several yachts available for day charters and cruises on the island. On land, you can enjoy a round of golf or many leisurely hours of walking. You could even explore the interior on horseback. Then there are also the vibrant restaurants, beach bars, shops and markets to keep you entertained.

Visitors to Anguilla Villas

Anguilla attracts visitors who love the sunshine and warm tropical weather. Many people visit the island from December to April to escape from the colder northern climates. It’s a little slice of tropical paradise that is an ideal sun vacation destination. Because of its natural beauty, it is a popular destination for honeymoons and weddings. There’s nothing quite as romantic as strolling along a beautiful beach at sunset and feeling the gentle ocean breeze in your hair. Yachtsmen can enjoy sailing in the bays with the consistently good winds. Scuba divers can enjoy the underwater reefs and magnificent marine life. Anyone who enjoys beach, sun and water sports will enjoy a stay on Anguilla.

Getting to Anguilla Resort Rentals

Most flights to Anguilla from the United States route via Puerto Rico. From there, there are several flights weekly that connect on to Anguilla. An alternative that is often cheaper and more convenient is to fly directly to the neighboring island of St. Maarten. From there, you can get a quick island hop across to Anguilla. From St. Maartten, it is a quick 20-minute ferry trip to get across to Anguilla. If traveling from Europe, there are several airlines that have direct flights into St. Maarten. You can, of course, also route via Puerto Rico if you choose.

Best Seasons to Travel to Caribbean Vacation Rentals in Anguilla

Anguilla enjoys a warm year-round tropical climate. While the sun may shine all year, the seasons are dictated mostly by the rainfall rather than by how hot it is. The most popular time of year to visit is during the cooler months which are from December to April. You’ll want to be cautious about traveling in May as there are frequently storms that blow through. The summer months of June to September are very hot and humid, and heavy rains generally occur in October.
