"My family and I worked with Chelle to arrange a fantastic beach vacation at Three Dolphins. We had six adults and seven children and all of us fit comfortably in the home. Chelle did a great job of setting up extra beds for the kids. The house itself was perfect and the two ladies who work there daily are top notch and so helpful. What a treat to have daily housekeeping!! It added to our ability to really relax (esp. the moms!) with the help around the house. Three Dolphins is a lovely property with fantastic staff and we can't wait to return. They took excellent care of us and I highly recommend it."

"Fletch's Cove is a rare gem of a villa in Anguilla - probably anywhere! That an ocean front one bedroom villa with incredible views, handsome and spacious interior, pool and two decks is available for a couple is remarkable! The owners love their home and take great care of their property. We have stayed yearly at Fletch's Cove since 2004 and the villa remains fresh, immaculately clean, with well tended gardens. The villa is centrally located in an upscale neighborhood. We enjoyed going to all the gorgeous beaches on both West and East ends of the island. We then loved coming back to the villa for afternoon time by the pool. The kitchen and grill area are well maintained and stocked with everything a cook needs. My husband, a chef by profession, gets so excited cooking all the local fish and seafoods on the grill. Dining by candlelight on the deck with the sparkling lights of St. Martin in the distance was fantastic. A favorite spot of mine is the upstairs deck off the master bedroom suite where we enjoyed morning sunrises and then the sparkling stars before bedtime."

"Just returned from Anguilla and the Clubhouse. I have been going to Anguilla since the 1980’s when I lived and worked in nearby St Maarten and can say the Clubhouse is a great value and lovely accommodation, particularly for Anguilla, as many comparable properties are priced well out of range. Others have already outlined many of the benefits of the property…I will simply say that these are accurate descriptions of the accommodation and experience, and I would recommend this property to everyone looking for great vacation experience on Anguilla.
However, I would like to make a few comments about the negative review above. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but I don’t think this should go unchallenged. I’ll cover the points below:
NO gas…I’ve been to this property more than once…always plenty of gas
Smell of gas was overwhelming…that has never been the case
The owner does not provide a fully stocked kitchen…untrue
There's no toaster…untrue
We were forced to continually find places to eat that served hot beverages and food…Funny, must have been a very difficult search. Anguilla is overflowing with fine places to eat.
Large aggressive maintenance man - renters should be put in such an uncomfortable threatening situation…that would be Trenton, and this comment is utter foolishness. Trenton could never be characterized in this way, and is 100% courteous and helpful 100% of the time. This comment feels somewhat racist to me.
Further, the DVD didn't work properly….untrue
And even though there are 2 bathrooms, both showers are pointless as only a trickle of water comes out…moderate stream, I’d say this comment is untrue
With only intermittent moments of warm water…untrue
Also the safe did not work…untrue
The walk to the beach takes around 3 minutes through a scruffy gravel and rock area strewn with leaves and debris, and then you need to be fit enough to jump down on to the sand…access to the beach is down the left side of the big villa (Bellamare) and through a gate, down a set of stairs leading directly to the beach. Virtually every part of this comment is untrue.
This property is in a bad location, not worth the price…untrue, Shoal Bay Village is one of the nicer island destinations and the accommodations provide more, not less, for the money.
Go to Anguilla, stay in the Clubhouse and enjoy your visit. Anguilla is one of the best destinations in the Caribbean and the perfect place to relax."

"I wish I could adequately describe how wonderful Anguilla is or how nice a place K-Kove is. It is set in a community, not in a tourist trap. There are local grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants all within a short car drive. In fact one of the best French bakeries (Le Bon Pain) I have ever been to is nearby. The closest (large) beach, Shoal Beach, is spectacular. Gorgeous white sand, not busy, blue water, beach side bars and restaurants. As for K-Kove, it is a clean large apartment. Well stocked with dishes, utensils, towels, and other necessities. Raul is helpful and returns emails very quickly. Mrs. Webster (Raul's Mom) lives on the property and is always willing to help. My wife and I don't get a ton of time to travel (jobs/children), but that said we plan again on returning to Anguilla, and K-Kove is the first place we will check."
