"We loved Bellamare from the minute we stepped inside. Beautiful setting and the ocean view was spectacular. We enjoyed each and every day . Yvette and Trenton were most helpful. We would return in a heartbeat. Hoping this is sooner than later."Guest: stew h. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: March 15, 2014View listing
"I would definitely recommend staying at this villa. It was luxurious and had the perfect setting. Everything you may wish for is waiting for you on the property. The villa was exactly as the listing described and the owners were very easy to work with. The property is well maintained and the villa is very clean. The villa's proximity to Shoal Bay is very convenient."Guest: Susan L. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: July 28, 2014View listing
"I have never felt so relaxed and renewed from a vacation before. After 10 days in Anguilla at this beautiful house, I feel like a new me! Waking up to the sounds of birds tweeting and the soft roar of the ocean waves is absolutely ideal. The house was beautifully decorated and well-kept. The patio furniture was very comfortable for lounging on all day long. The pool was clean and lovely for an afternoon swim. I felt at home right away. It's a perfect romantic getaway or a great place to bring friends for a weekend of fun in the sun."Guest: Virginia Date of Stay: January 2014 Review Submitted: February 12, 2014View listing
"This was our first villa rental experience and our first time to Anguilla. It will not be our last. I was nervous to rent a vacation home based on internet pictures and reviews but Seabird exceeded our expectations. The villa was spacious and immaculate. Seabird had everything we needed to relax and enjoy. We opted to have some items pre-stocked for us which made settling in easier. The property was picturesque and secluded. The pool was perfect and provided hours of entertainment for our two children (8 & 10.) The salt pond had ZERO odor and was serene. The lovely Delphine and the rest of the staff took amazing care of us went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying every moment of this lovely home and island. Rendezvous Bay is a short walk from Seabird and was our favorite beach (although they are all gorgeous.) Some of our favorite lunch spots were Sunshine Shack (Rendezvous), Hank's (Shoal Bay) & Smokey's at The Cove. Some of our favorite dinners were Veya, Trattoria Tramonto and of course, Dune Preserve. We also enjoyed the delicious ice cream at Tropical Treats Fun House. Anguilla was easy to get around and is gorgeous and relaxing. The people were friendly and welcoming. We've been to many islands and Anguilla is our new favorite. I would highly recommend Anguilla and of course, Seabird Villa. We can't wait to return."Guest: Stacey S. Anguilla is a tropical paradise located in the Caribbean. It is an island known for its beautiful beaches and calm turquoise waters. It’s a place where you can relax, and be as active or lazy as you choose. Many people visit simply to be able to enjoy the beautiful white beach sands, warm tropical sun and delicious rum cocktails. But if you’d like to be a little more active than that, there are plenty of great activities. The calm turquoise waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. You can visit the reefs and watch the many colorful tropical reef fish dart between the corals. For certified divers, you can explore the underwater wonders by signing up with one of the dive charters.
The national sport of Anguilla is sailing and when the weather is good, you’ll see all types and sizes of sailing craft out on the water. The winds provide ideal sailing conditions and regattas are often held throughout the year. Sea kayaking is a great way to explore the coastline. Protected by the barrier reefs, most of the coastline is relatively calm. If you enjoy deep sea fishing, you can go out beyond the reefs for a day of fishing. The experienced skippers will be able to take you to where the fish are biting.
No visit to Anguilla is complete without taking a boat cruise. You can choose from a slow and steady glass-bottomed boat to a luxurious high-speed cruiser. There are also several yachts available for day charters and cruises on the island. On land, you can enjoy a round of golf or many leisurely hours of walking. You could even explore the interior on horseback. Then there are also the vibrant restaurants, beach bars, shops and markets to keep you entertained.
