"My partner and I stayed in this villa for a week in October.
Elton made the booking process very easy and was always at hand to answer any queries we had. The information provided by Elton really helped us to plan the rest of our holiday.
The villa is in a great location, there is a parking space opposite the property if you hire a car and the veranda has a wonderful view to enjoy whilst you sit out for breakfast or for a beer in the evening. The accommodation was perfect, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped to enable you to cook if you want a night off eating out.
North beach is in walking distance from the property and we had this beach to ourselves. South beach is more popular, although not crowded, and we drive to this beach from the villa. The supermarket on site is really handy and has everything you may need.
We would highly recommend hiring a car to enable you to get around the complex as well as exploring the island. We felt this was a great place to visit and had something to suit everyone; wonderful beaches but also lots of other great activities across the island.
I would highly recommend Antigua and this villa for the perfect getaway."

"Peter and Martine you have a beautiful villa! Just the way you described and you made it so easy making the arrangements to stay in your home. Quiet and just steps from the beach we found it perfect. My entire family was very impressed with the property and all the property staff as they are truly friendly people indeed and all of them very eager to please. We met some very friendly and interesting people from all over the world while there and even met some old friends there too! Great time! I would not hesitate to recommend this villa and property to anyone you will not be disappointed. We all look forward to staying again asap and still think of it every day!"

"We loved the villa, we loved the resort and we loved the island! The villa was roomy and clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! It was close to everything that mattered to us. The kids pools were awesome and we used them every day. The beach was close and wonderful for little kids. The only downside was the seaweed, which was washing up ashore every day, but I hear that has been the problem of most of the Caribbean lately. My husband and son made a good use of complimentary hobby cat rentals. We had a rental car, so we were able to explore the island a bit and really enjoyed going out to eat to various restaurants. English Harbour/Nelson's Dockyards is amazing! We would love to come back the next year and stay at the villa again."

"This was our third time staying with Joanne in Falmouth, but our first visit during the "low season" in June. How different could summer be from winter or spring in paradise? What are the chances of a hurricane hitting Antigua and even if one did, wouldn't that just be an even better story to tell? In fact, Antigua in June is more relaxing. There are fewer cars on the road, fewer people on the beaches and fewer choices to make because there are fewer businesses open. We were impelled by sargassum seaweed and by Joanne's advice to try other beaches beyond the old favorites, and we discovered a new favorite, Galley Bay. It's amazing, with the best snorkeling, so if you want to get there, just get on All Saint's Road and keep going straight until you see signs for 5 Island Community (or Village) and take the old Galley Bay road. You'll find it eventually. But if you really want to spend a day in paradise, fly to Barbuda in the morning and get a taxi to Palmetto Point. (Fly Montserrat or ABM airlines) Then walk north to the resort (Lighthouse Resort) stopping to swim and snorkel. It will take 4-5 hours. Bring a backpack for your gear. Buy lots of water in the shopette a couple of blocks from the rustic airport. From the resort, it's a water taxi ride back to Codrington and the airport. (Bring cash.) Trust me, you will never see beaches like these again! And always trust Joanne; she's just the best. After our third visit in four years, we hope she thinks of us as friends the next time she needs a house sitter. Until next year!"
