"My fiancé and I absolutely adored Villa H. The stunning location and views, the privacy, the luxury of your own private sundeck at the water's edge - simply heavenly. If you are looking relax and get away from it all, we can hardly think of a better location. We hardly ventured out save to get provisions! The villa itself is comprehensively appointed, with absolutely masses of internal and external space. Christiane is an extremely helpful host and it is clear she takes great pride in keeping the property immaculate. How we would love to be back there now!"

"Just returned from a most wonderful week at the Gordon House. Thanks Gregory Gordon for sharing this wonderful property, thanks Amanda for making the booking process seamless, and to Marilyn, for showing us the real beauty of the Antiguian people.
There are many reasons to love the Gordon House. The privacy, the views, the house itself is spacious and charming. I, along with my 2 sisters and mother, felt completey safe all week. The kitties, Carribean and Wadadli, are a wonderful addition as well. They made us laugh every day, and also provided a practical side. The house is virtually bug free thanks to those cats.
We cooked for ourselves, and Marilyn came every other day to tidy things up (laundry etc). We shopped at Island Provisions which is on the road from the airport, so we stocked up with food etc before heading to the house. We paid $600US to rent a vehicle for the week, but don't expect a new vehicle. The brakes were loud, but it served us well all week.
We were able to swim directly off our property at all times of the day and felt completly safe as it is in a bay not exposed to open ocean. Long bay beach is a 5-6 walk down the road and even my 75 year old mother had no problem navigating the one hill. This beach is great for all ages, gorgeous white sand and gentle waters as well. We took one afternoon to explore St John's, but really couldn't wait to get back to Gordon House.
Highly recommend the Gordon House for anyone looking for peace, privacy and getting to know the real Antigua."

"The pictures are tremendous, but don’t give the place justice, as they can’t capture the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks below, or the healthy wind that blows refreshingly and constantly. A great way to capture the magnitude of the view; we could see the villa clearly while swimming with stingrays at a sandbar the might easily be 10-15 kms away.
The beach is truly only a 2 minute walk down a very well maintained path. Long Bay is very nice and while a little busy when the cruise ships are in, is virtually all yours in the morning and by 5:00 p.m. Snorkeling off the beach won’t blow the experienced away, but was still solid fun for the family. Had drinks on Marina’s restaurant deck most days and she and her staff were very nice. Marina was also very responsive and available for arriving/departing and any other questions we might have had through the week.
The villa itself was very well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and found any tool necessary. The BBQ was solid as well, with a nice Kenmore 4-burner that reached nice high heats allowing for some quality grilling. Lots of deck furniture, including two large tables. Beds were comfortable in the main house. We didn’t rent the cottage, but had a look inside and it’s a nice option for larger groups with kids.
As others have stated, the gardens are expansive and very nice. Dwight the gardener is a great guy.
You really should rent a car. Loved Antigua, the people are awesome. You should see the island and the guest book is filled with great recommendations. Every one we followed was on the money. Half Moon and Smiling Harry’s was a classic example of a little risk with tremendous reward.
Lisa was a joy to deal with throughout the entire process. We had an absolutely fantastic vacation."

"Villa Kulala was beautiful. The view and atmosphere was stunning. Great for the soul. Lots of social space and still plenty of quiet spots to enjoy the sun, the smell of the sea and the nature. Lovely pool, great rooms, good amenities. Rent a car for the best experience but enjoy the short walk to one of the best beaches on the island. Air conditioned beds brought a level of comfort beyond expectations. For the full experience get Troy in as a chef for a few fabulous dinners with amazing Caribbean flavours. We would all come back, kids, parents and grand parents."
