"We have just returned from our trip to Antigua. I have to echo the other two reviews on this property. The condo has everything you want or need. The Kitchen is fully equipped. There wasn't a single appliance that one would want that wasn't already. There is a juice press! Yes a juice press! The condo is extremely spacious and perfectly situated on the property as far as I am concerned. The bay views in the mornin will leave you in awe. I loved the constant breeze. Open the doors and windows and you have the perfect trade wind blowing through all day and night if you choose.
The map on the wall should be one of the first things you study after you read the A-Z notebook provided by the owners. The book has a lot of info in it. That map however is awesome. If you rent a car like we did then that map will provide you with awesome information. They have a color coded legend that shows you restaurants, atm's, petrol stations, things to do etc as well as short cuts to English Harbor. Sadly I didn't even notice the map until day 3. The short cuts however, saved us a lot of time.
The condo itself is well furnished. Very comfortable chairs and sofa. The beds are comfortable and the linens aren't cheap feeling. There are an ample supply of towels including several for the beach. There is even a cooler in the laundry room which we didn't see until after we purchased our own softsided one.
In all we spend 10 days in this condo and I could easily go another 10 days. It's one of the most comfortable quiet condos we have rented.
I should finish with a comment about the property manager. She checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. When we first arrived, the salt air had taken its toll on the satellite box. We let her know and she managed the situation until it was fixed. We never used it but it was there.
This place is a true gem."

"What can I say....we keep coming back! This is the 3rd year in a row and we really love this place. Hard to beat it's proximity to the water and the amazing view from the rooftop patio. The kitchen is lovely, the beds are comfy. We also really like being able to get to the grocery store and restaurants by golf cart. Thanks for another great vacation!"

Fantastic Villa well appointed with spectacular views
"We stayed for 2 weeks and returned totally relaxed even with 3 hectic youngsters. Galleon Beach is an easy stroll away, less than 5 minutes back to the villa, the kids managed this easily even if it is up hill! The villa is spotless and the maids very friendly full of advice on what to visit. It is well appointed and the 4G wireless works well.
There is a good mix of restaurants to visit within 5 minutes travelling, it only takes 35 minutes to drive to the airport once you know where you are going.
There is plenty of wildlife to observe, the kids especially loved being mugged by small birds and swimming amongst shoals of fish in the warm sea.
Communication with the owner Colin was perfect throughout.

"This was our first trip to Antigua but it definitely won't be our last. As a matter of fact we have already book a stay for next year. Our stay at Sunset Villa was perfect. It began with Trevor meeting us at the airport. As other guests have noted we can not say enough about Trevor. He was so pleasant and helpful. It's like having your own private concierge. The villa was perfect, lots of room, brand new kitchen, fabulous balconies. The views are breathtaking. Each night we watched the sunset while having dinne r on the lower balcony. The beach is just a short walk away and as for the hill not bad at all. We didn't do a lot of exploring while we were there because we were so content to just stay local. We did have lunch at Anas on the beach and it was 5 star all the way. Plan to see more of the island on our return visit. My brother and his wife flew in for a few days and fell in love with the villa and the location. They are planning on coming back again. This is the perfect vacation spot for all those who want the beauty of the island without all the congestion of resort hotels."
