  • Fabulous vacation, can't wait to go back...

"We just finished our Spring Break vacation at Seascapes and already we can't wait to go back. The house is wonderfully appointed, the view across Bergeaux Bay (from both inside and out) was relaxing to take in. Cocktails while watching the sun set and listening to the surf was absolute nirvana every night, and morning walks on the beach to find what critters were hiding in the tide pools was a highlight as well. Bob was helpful, accessible, and welcoming of suggestions for improvements (some of which he made while we were there!). We loved that we were but a walk (Maho Beach and Simpson Bay Beach) or car drive-away from everything, but we were also secluded in this little hideaway tucked in Beacon Hill. We highly recommend this property, great for couples traveling together, families with small or teenage children - it works for all. Thanks Bob - see you soon!"

  • Awesome Condo!

"We recently stayed at Sunset Cove with a family of 5. We have three children. The girls shared the second bedroom, and my son stayed on the rolling cot in the living room. This condo was absolutely perfect. The view is beautiful from the condo. Literally, the sand is a few feet away. The kids had a blast in the pool and enjoyed ordering their smoothies each day. Several times, they would sit at the pool bar and order French fries or a snack. The water was amazing, and the "cove area" is perfect to hang out in. We brought inflatable tubes with us and had fun lounging. Right outside the cove is some great snorkeling, because all of the fish hover out at the rocks. We had one minor electrical issue (light switch). My husband called Larry, and within 15 minutes, an electrician was at the condo! Larry was very gracious giving us island suggestions and telling us about the property. The condo had everything we needed. We even used the outdoor grill one night. We ate the restaurant and thought it was very good. (and reasonably priced!) We did have a car, and enjoyed going to other locations to snorkel. I would rent this unit again without hesitation--and cant wait to return!"

  • Perfect location! Very clean!

"Perfect location on 7 mile beach. Short walk to the governors reef and a short drive to cemetery reef and dolphin discovery. We didn't feel the need to explore more beaches because we saw so much just snorkeling near the condo from sting rays, octopus, squid, conch, puffer fish, crabs, lobsters and other beautiful fish. They provide beach towels so that is one less thing you have to pack. Can't wait to go back!"

  • An Ideal Vacation

"Our first impression was positive. When we entered the grounds, we were greeted with a beautifully maintained property. The unit is all you can ask for - the views of the ocean from the living area and the master bedroom are magnificent, the furniture is very up-to-date, and new appliances had been installed in the kitchen the day before our arrival. Both bedrooms and the living area have TVs and DVD players. There are plenty of DVDs and books to choose from. Wayne and Kim have made sure to create a very comfortable and desirable atmosphere for their guests. In addition, Wayne and Kim were kind enough to recommend places of interest and local restaurants in Cabarete that helped us make the vacation a 10. Cabarete was great - beaches, restaurants on the beach, activities and music can be found throughout the town. We plan to vacation in the DR again."
