  • Great Villa and Great location

"Our stay during the month of February 2015 was simply put 5 stars!! Upon our arrival at the The Villa it felt like home. The villa is two stories with a foyer, powderoom, kitchen, dining area and living room with a wall mounted TV in it. Off the living room are two oversized sliding glass doors which open on to the well appointed patio that overlooks the water of the harbor. When you go up the stairs there are two large bedrooms each with an ensuite…the showers have great pressure and lots of hot water and the beds are comfortable. The master bedroom has a patio door which opens to a second story balcony also overlooking the harbor. There is also a washing machine on the second floor which works very well. Whiling staying at the Villa we rented a car to use for the month (you can also rent golf carts). You will need one or the other to get to the grocery store etc. However you have an easy 5min walk to the North Beach from the villa. The grocery store has everything you will need including wine, beer and other alcohol. There are also a number of good restaurants rights there…a 5 min drive from the villa. You can also drive to the pool and the south beach…5- 10 min. There they have tennis courts and a squash court. You are only a short ½ hour drive to St John’s where there is lots to do. There are also boating excursions which depart a short distance from the Villa. All in all you couldn’t ask for a better Villa or location…we have already planned our return trip!"

  • La Jolla -- California

"The house is lovely - true to the pictures. The master bedroom suite is spacious. The pool was always cool and refreshing. The house is in a slightly remote part of the island but very close to the resort - so it's a nice option if you don't want to stay in busy resort but still have access to all the amenities - which were GREAT for us and for the kids on our trip with us. The house is well stocked for cooking meals at home as far as utensils and pots/pans etc. The only thing that we REALLY frustrating with the house was the internet. It NEVER worked during the day and only sporadically but really slowly during the evenings -- so don't try to work while on vacation! The food at the resort was pretty awful and overpriced but the little Italian place down the street was good - it closes very early but they were nice enough to do a quick takeout for us. The beaches were lovely...but not the best snorkeling I've ever seen."

  • Perfect villa for sunshine and views

"We stayed at Perfect Sunshine for a week in February and could not recommend it more highly. The villa itself is perfect holiday accommodation, with good sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a big kitchen, and a vast living room which opens onto two even bigger terraces, one catching the morning sun and the other perfect for the evenings. The views both over the bay and inland are spectacular. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the attractions of Nonsuch Bay - a good restaurant, a fine beach, sailing and kitesurfing lessons - but when we did venture out we found Antigua to be a warm and welcoming combination of friendly locals and great beaches. We had a particularly enjoyable dinner at Sheer Rocks, on the eastern side of the island. Another highlight was our visit to Stingray City, where the five-year old in our party was undoubtedly the bravest stingray handler among us! All in all a fantastic place for families or groups of friends. We will definitely be returning soon."

  • Fabulous Villa with spectacular view

"Lime Hill was a fantastic villa to spend our Christmas and New Year holiday. Very comfortable accomodations in a great location. A very short walk to lovely Galleon beach. The view over Freeman's Bay was perfect, lots of interesting yachts to see on their way to and from English Harbour. Short drive to numerous really good restaurants in English Harbour. The house has perfect layout, a lovely pool and can accommodate two families comfortably. Highly Recommend Lime Hill Villa."
