  • Fabulous Family Vacation

"My husband, 2 teenage daughters, and I recently spent a week in the beautiful Bamboo House. The home was clean and accurately depicted on the web. Joanne had graciously stocked our fridge with fresh fruits, vegetables, and a delicious rum punch. She also offered to get some groceries for us for Monday morning as the stores are closed on Sunday (the day of our arrival). This home was perfect for a family of four. My daughters shared a bedroom with their own bathroom and we each had our own privacy. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all an open concept, so preparing meals was quite fun. We usually had dinner on the large porch. My daughters enjoyed reading in the relaxing hammock too. We used the pool each day while taking in the amazing landscaping. My daughters enjoyed feeding Joanne's tortoises, zip lining, horseback riding, and of course we all loved the pristine beaches. We visited Rendezvous Beach, Pineapple Bay, and Half Moon Bay. We were the only ones on the beach at Rendezvous. Pineapple Bay was a bit more touristy, but beautiful. Half Moon Bay had interesting natural beauty. I took some great photos of my family on the rocks with the waves splashing over them. Definitely listen to Joanne for restaurant recommendations...one of our favorite meals was at the Asian restaurant in Falmouth. The food, service, and view were amazing! Thank you Joanne for a being so kind and accommodating to our family."

  • Paradise Found

"What a stunning location. If you wanted to be off the grid for awhile, this is the place. Private and peaceful. We, as animal lovers welcomed the on-site caretaker's dogs and cats Smudge, Roxy, Moe and Not Moe. Meals and coffee from the poolside veranda are required. You will understand when you visit. Places to visit are Shirley Heights for cocktails and sunsets, Nelson's Dockyard and the various ruins around the Island. The only complete windmill I saw was Betty's Hope. Interesting to me to think back as to how it must have been when the island was blanketed with sugar cane plantations. Snorkel Cades Reef and Jolly Harbour. While at Jolly Harbour get you provisions at The Epicurean Grocery. I can't think of a better, more relaxing holiday than the one we experienced at "Point of View". We can't wait to return."

  • Amazing Villa

"My teenage children and myself just arrived home from Antigua. The Villa was filled with charm, wonderful amenities, an amazing view and a great beach. We spent some days on the beach at St. James Club and travelled to others on the Island, they were all beautiful. I highly recommend this Villa as you will feel like you are at home but in paradise."

  • Such a great place!

"This is such a perfect place to stay. The condo is very convenient to everything and just high enough to afford a magnificent view. It is one of four in a small building so there isn't any/alot of noise from your neighbors. It is just minutes away from everything and unless you want to venture to other parts of the island, there is no need to rent a car. One thing we wished we'd figured out earlier in the trip was that you can join the Yacht Club across the street ($65) for a week and have unlimited use of the lasers - so be advised if you like to sail. The wind's always up! The condo is spotless, bright and airy and equipped just as advertised. The owner is highly attentive to your needs, communicates promptly and is a joy to deal with. The same can be said for the two people who will assist if you have any needs in Falmouth. We rented a car and took one day to sightsee the rest of the island. Unless you're into staying in an isolated resort, Falmouth and English harbor are the places to be. Lots to do, two fantastic beaches, and great, great restaurants. You won't be disappointed."
