  • Great vacation!

"Aruba has become our new favorite island. The owner, Robin, kept in touch with us right up until we left and she made everything so easy. We brought our 12 year old and got the one bedroom. He slept on the pull-out sofa and there was plenty of room for the 3 of us. On the way to the hotel, we had the cab driver stop at Linman and Sons. This grocery caters to Americans and could be found in any neighborhood in the US. We used the kitchen everyday for breakfast, most lunches and no dinners. Next time, we will plan at least 2 dinners in the room. There were many times we stayed at the beach to watch the sunset and have another cocktail, and then, were to tired to go out. We really loved Papiamentos, Moomba Bay, and Old Cuchuruca (not sure on spelling) for dinner. There is a wonderful scuba instructor, Vicky, at Red Sail for beginners. We rented a Jeep one day to go to the other side of the island. We explored ALL day and ended up at Baby Beach. Would not recommend Big Mamas. Prices on the menu were subject to change after you ordered and the service was awful. We rented a small car at the hotel one day to check out the area near the hotel. We went to the lighthouse and stopped on the way to snorkel. If you go on the road by the wind surfers, past the wreck sticking out of the water, there are houses on the water with a few public parking areas. We snorkeled there. Lots of fish and nice reef just 30 yards from beach. On a different day, we took a snorkel trip. That trip took us to the exact same reef we had already done. We will remember that next time, too. All said and done, this is a great location, the owner is wonderful, and we would love to visit again!"

  • This is the place you want to be.

"This is the most well thought out villa we have ever stayed at. Each room has its own full bathroom. Everything you need is very tastefully selected clean and well laid out. Washer and dryers are top notch. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and living areas have everything a large group of people need for entertainment. Very easy walk to all beaches in that area…we walked everyday to the California lighthouse and along LG Smith Dr to watch the sunset. There is a constant breeze so reading and relaxing around the pool was like being in heaven, even on the hottest days. We ate all our meals on the patio by the pool as it was very pleasant. You only need a car for exploring the island as the bus passes outside your door and the beaches are steps away. If you love snorkeling, then look no further. There are at least 4 spots to choose from and we walked to all of them everyday. These spots can get crowed certain days of the week when cruise ships are in port so pick your time. This is a villa that will go at the top of our list for future trips. We really liked the surrounding areas as it was beautiful, and quiet amid some of Aruba's most prestigious homes. We told all our friends and family about this lovely villa it is spacious and private and well suited for couples and families. Our appreciation to Anneke the manager and her staff, for their kindness and attention from day. Thanks for making our Aruba vacation an unforgettable one."

Aruba Travel Tips

Aruba Beach Rentals Are Just a Few Hours from Miami

Aruba is in the heart of the Caribbean, about 2.5 hours flying time from Miami, Florida. Most of its tourist area is on the southwestern side of this flat island. Aruba beach rentals in this sheltered area are away from the severe ocean currents. These Caribbean resorts are luxurious homes for independent travelers making their ways to the heart of the Caribbean. Visitors to Aruba vacation rentals will find the northern side of the island is virtually uninhabited.

Aruba Beach Rentals for Fabulous Beaches and Great Water Sports

Naturally, visitors choosing Aruba vacation rentals will love the beach life; the island has everything needed for a perfect beach holiday. A wide variety of water sports is on offer a short distance from Aruba beach rentals. It is particularly good for scuba diving; for the keen fisherman, the deep-sea fishing is something to look forward to. It is also worth bringing your golf clubs as the Caribbean resorts are also close to an excellent 18-hole course overlooking the northwest coast.

Aruba Vacation Rentals Are Where Duty-free Shopping Abounds

Apart from some glorious beaches, visitors to Aruba beach rentals should take time to explore the islands culture. The capital, Oranjestad, is spectacular, with its orange-fronted buildings. The color is evidence of the island's ties to the Netherlands. Visitors to Aruba vacation rentals usually make the most of the duty-free shopping. When coming to these Caribbean resorts, it’s worth remembering the bargain-hunting to be had here.

Caribbean Resorts Allow You to See the Flamingoes, Egrets, Herons and More

While visiting Aruba vacation rentals, don’t miss the opportunity to take a trip to the Arikok National Park that covers almost one-fifth of the island. You will find a wide variety of beautiful plants and wildlife, including pretty pink flamingoes. Around Aruba beach rentals, you will find several cave systems where the original inhabitants, the Arawak Indians, left their artwork on the walls. These Caribbean resorts are also close to the Bubali Bird Sanctuary where egrets, herons, gulls and skimmers live side-by-side with the residents and visitors.
