  • Excellent property for a family vacation in Aruba

"Oceania is a great property for a family vacation, and we stayed in this beautiful, very spacious condo unit with a large balcony overlooking gorgeous Eagle Beach. Ted & Marilyn made this vacation booking very easy, and were a pleasure to deal with. The condo unit had everything we needed including a very well appointed kitchen (every cooking utensil and gadget you could need), washer & dryer, as well as beach towels, chairs, & cooler -- it very much felt like a home away from home for us during our 2 week vacation. Grocery stores, restaurants, and car rentals all very close by -- very convenient location. Look forward to returning to Aruba and this condo soon! Regards T & C (Toronto, Canada)"

  • awesome place to stay!!

"My husband & I went from 1/20/14 to 1/27/14. We absolutely miss being in Aruba right now but have so many memories. We stayed at Marie's house which was fantastic because we didn't have to stay at a hotel. We are passed that. Her house is so close to everything including the main beaches. She set up for many things such as being picked up from the airport to be driven to the car rental place where that was set up as well to even making reservations for us for a couple of places to eat. Ah, places to eat.....we went to Passions on the Beach, which you can literally put your feet in the sand at a table and have your dinner by the sunset. It was on the pricy side but an adventure for sure. Another place I'd recommend is La Trattoria el Faro Blanco at the Lighthouse restaurant. It's a cool place to drive up to at night and the food is terrific. I'm Italian, so I am fussy about my Italian food!!! You do need a reservation though. We got a lot of recommendations from Reno(who is Marie's right hand man per se) and ate at a few "local" places. Peanuts is one, and Zeerover is another. I never tasted such different flavors at Peanuts and was amazed. At Zeerover's, they cook whatever they caught during the day(we had Barracuda and shrimp served with a delicious garlic sauce and plantains). Did I mention that the price was $13 and you get a lot of food? It was wonderful that we had a grill to BBQ because we did grill quite a bit by the beautiful pool and scenery provided to us. Sometimes I almost just wanted to eat at the house all the time because it was beautiful. I mentioned Reno...he was very helpful in setting us up with the cell phone there, going over things about the house, and suggesting places to go for eating and entertainment. We did attempt to go dancing but found that the places we went were geared more toward the "younger" crowd. I was disappointed with that because I love to dance. But we did end up going for a fantastic restaurant called Gianni's and had a tasty pizza at 1 in the morning.I have so much to say about Aruba...go everywhere and do everything! The house was so clean and had many amenities. Marie is the best planner and I would do it again!! By the way, SkyDive Aruba awaits you down the street. Yes I jumped 10,000 feet from a plane and saw Aruba like you never did. I'd do it again. Aruba is def "One Happy Island"!!"

  • Wonderfully relaxing week with the family

"The house is exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for the whole family. There were only 4 of us, but there is enough room for 10-12 people easily. We shut off a section of the house that we were not using, and were able to use the air conditioners at will. As a result, the house was very comfortable. The pool was very nice to relax around. There were also plenty of rafts for floating around. Frank is an extremely nice person, that we felt very comfortable talking with. He gives great advice about the island, and offers many extras with this home that we have not experienced anywhere else in the world. No complaints."

Aruba Travel Tips

Aruba Beach Rentals Are Just a Few Hours from Miami

Aruba is in the heart of the Caribbean, about 2.5 hours flying time from Miami, Florida. Most of its tourist area is on the southwestern side of this flat island. Aruba beach rentals in this sheltered area are away from the severe ocean currents. These Caribbean resorts are luxurious homes for independent travelers making their ways to the heart of the Caribbean. Visitors to Aruba vacation rentals will find the northern side of the island is virtually uninhabited.

Aruba Beach Rentals for Fabulous Beaches and Great Water Sports

Naturally, visitors choosing Aruba vacation rentals will love the beach life; the island has everything needed for a perfect beach holiday. A wide variety of water sports is on offer a short distance from Aruba beach rentals. It is particularly good for scuba diving; for the keen fisherman, the deep-sea fishing is something to look forward to. It is also worth bringing your golf clubs as the Caribbean resorts are also close to an excellent 18-hole course overlooking the northwest coast.

Aruba Vacation Rentals Are Where Duty-free Shopping Abounds

Apart from some glorious beaches, visitors to Aruba beach rentals should take time to explore the islands culture. The capital, Oranjestad, is spectacular, with its orange-fronted buildings. The color is evidence of the island's ties to the Netherlands. Visitors to Aruba vacation rentals usually make the most of the duty-free shopping. When coming to these Caribbean resorts, it’s worth remembering the bargain-hunting to be had here.

Caribbean Resorts Allow You to See the Flamingoes, Egrets, Herons and More

While visiting Aruba vacation rentals, don’t miss the opportunity to take a trip to the Arikok National Park that covers almost one-fifth of the island. You will find a wide variety of beautiful plants and wildlife, including pretty pink flamingoes. Around Aruba beach rentals, you will find several cave systems where the original inhabitants, the Arawak Indians, left their artwork on the walls. These Caribbean resorts are also close to the Bubali Bird Sanctuary where egrets, herons, gulls and skimmers live side-by-side with the residents and visitors.
