  • Excellent property for a family vacation in Aruba

"Oceania is a great property for a family vacation, and we stayed in this beautiful, very spacious condo unit with a large balcony overlooking gorgeous Eagle Beach. Ted & Marilyn made this vacation booking very easy, and were a pleasure to deal with. The condo unit had everything we needed including a very well appointed kitchen (every cooking utensil and gadget you could need), washer & dryer, as well as beach towels, chairs, & cooler -- it very much felt like a home away from home for us during our 2 week vacation. Grocery stores, restaurants, and car rentals all very close by -- very convenient location. Look forward to returning to Aruba and this condo soon! Regards T & C (Toronto, Canada)"

  • excellent stay at Oceania in April 2010

"The listing description was accurate regarding location, appearance, amenities. All was spotless and comfortable. Owner was more than responsive on all questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or relative!! Perfect location between downtown and the high rise hotels. Safety is definitely not a concern -- friendly security guards on the grounds ensuring all was well. The oceanfront views from the condo were amazing!"

  • One of the best places to stay on the Island!

"This is our 3rd stay at the Villa. In addition to a lushly landscaped pool with waterfall, a hot tub with spectacular sunset views, an outdoor Gazebo with dining accommodations, full sized gas grill and sound system…many new improvements have been added…a fabulous new kitchen, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, volley ball court, lower level cabana and bar with pool table, ping pong table, corn hole setup, and more. Love having family and relatives at "our" home away from home. We can hang out anytime we want indoors or out, cook food, mix drinks, watch movies…then head out for Eagle Beach, Arashi Beach or Palm Beach for the afternoon (5-10 minute drive)…or slip out for dinner at any number of truly great restaurants usually a 10 minute drive away. This is the way to go if you want to experience Aruba in luxury and style with a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The Villa grounds occupy several acres is located on elevated land, so the view from the pool and hot tub gives you a spectacular view of the ocean and hotel lights at night a few miles in the distance. Sunsets are a must from the hot tub! When you first enter the Villa, you will say "wow!" to the spacious interior and architecture of the main Living, Kitchen and Family rooms. Just outside the rear sliding glass doors is a large patio area, the pool, gazebo and hot tub…all surrounded with hundreds of lush tropical plants, shrubs and palm trees. Descend the wide deck steps to a whole new level featuring a large cabana with bar, pool table and a full sized volley ball court. Oh yeah, I think there's an orchard down there as well! Can't say enough about the Aruba Villa Tropical…have recommended it to many friends. Enjoy!"

  • Our Favorite Rental

"Recently we had the pleasure of staying at Janet’s Palm Beach villa. We had a fabulous time and even got to the point where leaving felt as if we were leaving our very own home. This was our third Aruba rental and definitely our best. If anyone out there is having reservations about renting, do not worry. Janet's home is great. Everything in the home is exactly as you would expect it to be. The pictures do a great job of setting your expectations and the owners do an even better job of filling in any blanks. The attention and service provided by Janet was the best that we have experienced. Every email we sent was answered surprisingly fast with not only the requested information but also any related info she thought would be of use. She presented us with a clear timeline of when payments should be made and various other pieces of information (check in instructions, directions, etc.) We always rent a jeep because we like to explore but if you plan to stay in the Palm Beach area a vehicle is not a necessity. Both the beach and nightlife is within walking distance of the home as well as the bus route in case you want to venture out further. However, I will say if you plan on using the beach chairs and coolers available at the home walking may not be the best idea. After picking up the rental car we followed the directions and had no problem finding the house. We unloaded and unpacked before stocking up at Ling's. We picked up breakfast, lunch and snack foods for the week, along with beverages both alcohol and non. The home has everything you will need whether doing light snack prep or cooking a full blown meal. The coolers are great for Arashi sunsets. The home sleeps 7 or 8 but since we were a party of two the very comfortable bed in the Master was enough, but for one occasion when his snoring became too much of a nuisance he got to test out the bed in one of the other rooms. I was told it was also very comfortable. Each room has an air conditioner but we eventually decided they weren't necessary as the home stays cool at night and we were never there during the day. Great location, accommodations and property owners; Janet and her Villa have set the bar extremely high for any future rentals we may book. Then again unless this rental is unavailable I'm not sure we would have any reason to go with another rental. Aruba Travel Tips

Aruba Beach Rentals Are Just a Few Hours from Miami

Aruba is in the heart of the Caribbean, about 2.5 hours flying time from Miami, Florida. Most of its tourist area is on the southwestern side of this flat island. Aruba beach rentals in this sheltered area are away from the severe ocean currents. These Caribbean resorts are luxurious homes for independent travelers making their ways to the heart of the Caribbean. Visitors to Aruba vacation rentals will find the northern side of the island is virtually uninhabited.

Aruba Beach Rentals for Fabulous Beaches and Great Water Sports

Naturally, visitors choosing Aruba vacation rentals will love the beach life; the island has everything needed for a perfect beach holiday. A wide variety of water sports is on offer a short distance from Aruba beach rentals. It is particularly good for scuba diving; for the keen fisherman, the deep-sea fishing is something to look forward to. It is also worth bringing your golf clubs as the Caribbean resorts are also close to an excellent 18-hole course overlooking the northwest coast.

Aruba Vacation Rentals Are Where Duty-free Shopping Abounds

Apart from some glorious beaches, visitors to Aruba beach rentals should take time to explore the islands culture. The capital, Oranjestad, is spectacular, with its orange-fronted buildings. The color is evidence of the island's ties to the Netherlands. Visitors to Aruba vacation rentals usually make the most of the duty-free shopping. When coming to these Caribbean resorts, it’s worth remembering the bargain-hunting to be had here.

Caribbean Resorts Allow You to See the Flamingoes, Egrets, Herons and More

While visiting Aruba vacation rentals, don’t miss the opportunity to take a trip to the Arikok National Park that covers almost one-fifth of the island. You will find a wide variety of beautiful plants and wildlife, including pretty pink flamingoes. Around Aruba beach rentals, you will find several cave systems where the original inhabitants, the Arawak Indians, left their artwork on the walls. These Caribbean resorts are also close to the Bubali Bird Sanctuary where egrets, herons, gulls and skimmers live side-by-side with the residents and visitors.
