"We spent three nights at On the Rocks prior to bareboat chartering for the week. We wanted to get settled into the Abaco lifestyle before we took off in the boat. On the Rocks could not have been anymore perfect. It is set up ideally for two couples with each end of the house having a bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and house is well stocked with anything that you would need. We rented a van from Sea Star per Christopher and they were very accommodating even letting us leave the van at the boat charter at the end of our rental. Both the housekeeper and Christopher checked in to make sure that we had all that is needed.
I would recommend going to Conky Joe's for drinks and a conch meal. Very local yet good food and view of the Abaco's sea. We drove down to Pete's Pub and had lunch with drinks. They had a great live band where the lead singer played the saw. Definitely a first for us!
Due to the stormy weather we had, the nightly sunsets from the deck were amazing. The wind from the storm drove the sea spray onto the bedrooms window and made for some exciting nights.
Don't miss out on the rum cream if you haven't tried it before especially since it is made in the Caribbean.
Coco Beach Bar is definitely worth the drive to Treasure Cay. The blue water from the sandy bottom is unlike any water anywhere else on earth. Truly amazing!!
On the Rocks would make the perfect destination to stay and enjoy the other cays. You could easily take a ferry to the other cays for day trips.
We were excited to start our bareboat charter but we were all very sad when we left On the Rocks. We all said goodbye to the house and felt we had a just spent time at a very special place!"

"For our fourth trip to Abaco we chose Villa Tatutina on the recommendation of friends who had been there. There were ten in our group and everyone had a wonderful stay. The grounds are picture perfect, the accommodations are comfortable and private, the gathering spaces are roomy and inviting. We especially liked the pool and gazebo area, spending a lot of time relaxing while watching the boats and activity in the harbor. Having a car available and a great place to dock our rental boat made getting around easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. If you get a chance to have Andrea cook for you, you will not be disappointed. Her food and service was outstanding. We had a wonderful week and would certainly return."

"We had a wonderfully, relaxing vacation. I really loved the place feeling so private with the beautiful beach and water! The location was perfect for exploring both in the water and along the beaches or just relaxing. We couldn't have asked for any better of a location."

"A spring break to remember! We got a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, stocked up and taxied to Blue Wave boat rental. We are in our 60's with a 14 yr old granddaughter. My husband had not driven a boat since 1968, but all went well. The cottage was perfect for us and location is superb!!! Our granddaughter had so much fun on the private beaches looking for shells and swimming. We went to different Cays for lunch. Loved the privacy of the cottage! Would love to return."
