Perfect in every way!
"Jenny and Jeff are far and away as gracious a host as you will have the joy to meet. They saved us when we were stuck on Marsh Harbor after a very late flight. Having the marina at the end of the path assured us that before each days adventure we knew the weather and details of the area we were heading. That being said we still felt totally secluded! Very private at the southern tip of the island. (South Cottage)You are really getting a private island, and for my husband and I on our 25th wedding anniversary this was exactly what we were looking for. Having a boat is essential and being able to dock it in your back yard makes it so easy to come and go. You can tell someone had lived in this little cottage for a long time, adding and building and making it perfect to live comfortably with many places to sit and take in the view. Not having a/c was never an issue. The breeze coming from the south/east kept us very comfortable. We did leave each day around 10 am then returned around 5, so we were gone exploring during the heat of the day. Each day was an adventure! We visited all the islands and snorkeled all the reefs. We hit all the hot spots, so to speak. Just south and east is Abaco Inn, go there and have a bushwacker and fantastic view of the Atlantic. Meat is very expensive so we brought in frozen meat in our carry on. We cooked our suppers at the house and had relaxing evenings, taking dips off the dock and watching the sun sets. There's nothing I would change about this little spot, and if I ever return to this area of the Bahamas I will most certainly stay here again. I can't imagine a better place. (and I have NEVER said this about any other rental I've stayed in my life and there have been plenty)"

"Our trip to Hope Town was fun, relaxing, adventurous, everything a vacation should be. It was a pleasant arrival to Dreamsicle, the house was ready, clean and exactly what we expected. The owner was helpful in giving us details about the house and the island. Jamie the caretaker picked us up and was very helpful in getting us settled in on the island. The location is perfect, the golf cart made it fun to explore the island. SeaSpray was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we could walk there. Down town which is about a 15 min. golf cart ride was fun for shopping in a few boutiques. I will definitely go back and would stay at Dreamsicle once again!"

"My husband & I are here right now😀. It's just perfect, ocean at the back door. The back porch is covered, with super seating & dining & plenty of shade!!!!! We spend most of our time when at the house on the porch. This is our 2nd week here this trip, our 1st week included some of our children & 2 grandchildren. They are 4 & 1, & the railing are kid proof, unlike most homes on the island. Upstairs master gives privacy, the other 3 bedrooms & suite baths are downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. The home is clean & well maintained. This is our 2nd trip staying at Half Moon, & we definitely stay here again!!!! Highly recommend it & Hopetown."

"My daughter and I spent five nights at "Star of the Sea" and wish we could have stayed five more. Beginning with the planning of our trip, the owner responded in a timely manner and answered all our questions and made sure the property manager on site was available when we arrived. The layout of the house is great for people who like their space with the middle of the house holding the kitchen, dining area and living room, while the two bedrooms flank that space. The house is RIGHT on the ocean so you hear and smell the surf, enjoy the breeze and walk on the sand. We sat out on the deck and swam in the pool every day. The location is good because it is close to town, near a restaurant and grocery store and a ways up the road towards mid island. We hung out at Tahiti Beach twice, had lunch at Fire Fly Resort twice, ordered Bloody Mary's at On Da Beach twice and rented SUP boards to check out the light house and other side of the island( just once). We love Elbow Cay and hope to come back next year for a longer stay."
