"Perfect home, close to everything. The home is very nicely decorated and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much. Jamie was a delight and there waiting for us at the dock to take us to the house. Everything was just perfect for our getaway."

"My daughter and I spent five nights at "Star of the Sea" and wish we could have stayed five more. Beginning with the planning of our trip, the owner responded in a timely manner and answered all our questions and made sure the property manager on site was available when we arrived. The layout of the house is great for people who like their space with the middle of the house holding the kitchen, dining area and living room, while the two bedrooms flank that space. The house is RIGHT on the ocean so you hear and smell the surf, enjoy the breeze and walk on the sand. We sat out on the deck and swam in the pool every day. The location is good because it is close to town, near a restaurant and grocery store and a ways up the road towards mid island. We hung out at Tahiti Beach twice, had lunch at Fire Fly Resort twice, ordered Bloody Mary's at On Da Beach twice and rented SUP boards to check out the light house and other side of the island( just once). We love Elbow Cay and hope to come back next year for a longer stay."

"We have stayed on Lubbers Quarters, mid- Elbow Cay, North end, Green Turtle, etc. This house is perfect from a variety of perspectives.
Location: Easy walk to Sea Spray Marina and Abaco Inn, keep an eye on your boat at the private dock from the master bedroom and an easy cart ride into town. All that and you could toss a small coconut into either the Atlantic or Sea of Abaco in either front or back yard! Our favorite piece was being able to take our rental boat (Abaco Dorado - had a great experience with them) out of White Sound and right over to Tahiti beach. Just an amazing place to swim and hang out.
Interior- Our party consisted of two families with three adult (college-age) kids. There are effectively three master suites, one on each level with a fourth bedroom on the ground level with two twins. All four bedrooms have en-suite baths- a key component of remaining friends over vacation.... Beyond that, everything was just right. If you are going to get out of sorts if the power goes out and the generator can't operate the central air, dryer, tv and microwave- go to Sandals in Aruba or stay in New Jersey! That's island life and this home is set up better than any I've seen. With every room opening onto both the ocean and Sea of Abaco, it would be hard to want to close off the awesome breeze.
Beyond that, call the caretakers beforehand to double check what you should bring. Maxwells Grocery in Marsh Harbour is essentially equal in selection and price to a Sate-side store. Assume you will need about everything but the bottle of rum I left behind :)"

"Our group was two families of four sharing the home. Renting the home was easy as Don was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, and after the house was booked, even helped us with arranging golf carts, etc..., before arrival. We rented a boat which we were able to keep at the private dock for Conched Out,which was super convenient. When we weren't out on the boat for day trips exploring secluded beaches and snorkeling, we spent lots of time swimming and hanging out on the dock. There is even a little snorkeling nearby, and Spotted Rays and even the odd turtle made regular passes in the calm late mornings. Both the pool deck and the dock were great places to spend the late afternoons and enjoy sunsets. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the caretakers Sherman and Wilma took good care of us when we arrived. We didn't really need much help during our stay since the house was pretty self sufficient and easy to figure out. We loved the home and hope to return soon."
