"My fiancé, her parents, and myself took on the trek from Indianapolis to Guana last week. Upon arrival the housekeepers was there to pick us up and drive the LONG 2 minute drive from the ferry dock. You heard right, 2 minute drive, 4 minute walk. This cottage is in the PERFECT location. We had family staying in orchid bay, which is nice but not as great as the Beach Walk location. You'll find Milo's Produce stand about a stones throw away, a small little late night bar with room for only about 10! (So if you are on Guana with 25 family members and need a place to get away, that bar is the one!) I could rave about this cottage all day. In short, we had an excellent vacation and cant wait to go back!"

"It was a perfect time, in a perfect place, for us! Truly, beautifully decorated home--nothing is missed . Everywhere you look there is attention to detail beyond compare. We have traveled extensively and would have to say this was the pinnacle of relaxation and beauty!
The home was stocked beyond belief--pack your clothes---and I mean bathing suits and underwear--nothing other than toothpaste is needed for this beautiful home!
We will be back!
If I could give it 10 stars I would!!"

"We had a fantastic time at BeachWatch! The house was situated where it is a quick golf cart ride to just about anywhere - grocery store, Nipper's (quick walk), Grabber's, Dive Guana, and everything else in the Settlement. Everything you need seemed to be there including pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinner sets, garbage bags, beach toys, AC in every room, outside shower and hose, beach chairs, wifi, printer, etc. The caretaker was extremely helpful picking up and and returning us to the dock at the end of our trip and providing information about the island. Our plane on arrival was delayed and we got to Guana too late on Saturday to hit the grocery store. However, the caretaker talked the grocery store owner into opening up for Sunday for us which was really appreciated! If you like to snorkel, the reef on the beach behind the house is the best of all the locations we visited. Large number of fish - saw many interesting things including turtles, grouper, and large schools of fish. The beach and water was always calm and rivals the beauty of even Treasure Cay beach. Had fun scuba diving and renting a boat from Dive Guana. Troy was excellent as a Dive Lead taking us to several sites at Fowl Cay. The boat had GPS which greatly assisted with navigating the shallow areas and finding the ideal fishing spots. The owner, Clark, provided very useful information about Guana and was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend BeachWatch and would love to return again."

"What a trip we had! Weather was fantastic everyday. We were able to see Barefoot Man for the first time - what a show and the crowds were amazing. My wife and I both agreed that after going to Guana Cay for our 10th trip and having stayed in 7 different cottages your cottage, Lemon Tree, has been the best one. The location was perfect (no golf cart req'd), the house was spotless, and Darvin (care taker) was fantastic. Our next trip will be in the Fall of 2016 so once we get planning the trip we'll be in touch. Thank you so much for having us at your Guana Cay Cottage.
