"Beautiful house, beautiful view, excellent snorkeling and can walk anywhere you need to go. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. Very well equipped and Unni was fabulous to work with. Absolutely no issues or problems with anything. I was worried that Nippers would be loud but was not an issue at all. Would definitely recommend and hope to be able to return to this house again."

"Just got back from our vacation at Shore Thing--a wonderful house on the private south end of Guana Cay, past Orchid Bay. It's a bit of a ride from the settlement (golf cart rental is an absolute must) but if you are looking for quiet and seclusion, this is the part of the island to be--we really enjoy driving and exploring around the island so this was no issue for us at all. The house is decorated very nicely, and has everything you would need for your stay. The AC, Wi-fi, and TV all worked perfectly when we needed a break from the sun. You can watch the sunrise from bed in the master bedroom..beautiful! The beach access point right by the house is a bit rocky, but makes for great sea glass hunting. A very short drive or walk down to the next beach access area will bring you to the most beautiful beach that you've ever seen and you'll never want to leave! Great snorkeling right off the beach as well. Mike the owner was great and always very responsive, and Sally the caretaker was wonderful too. We would definitely stay here again - I wish we were still at Shore Thing!"

"My fiancé, her parents, and myself took on the trek from Indianapolis to Guana last week. Upon arrival the housekeepers was there to pick us up and drive the LONG 2 minute drive from the ferry dock. You heard right, 2 minute drive, 4 minute walk. This cottage is in the PERFECT location. We had family staying in orchid bay, which is nice but not as great as the Beach Walk location. You'll find Milo's Produce stand about a stones throw away, a small little late night bar with room for only about 10! (So if you are on Guana with 25 family members and need a place to get away, that bar is the one!) I could rave about this cottage all day. In short, we had an excellent vacation and cant wait to go back!"

"we had a great time. The house is perfect for three couples
The AC worked with a separate unit for upstarts
The kitchen had everything we needed and there are plenty of towels
The island is small with a golf cart trip around it taking less than 30 minutes.
We were able to get a boat slip at the private dock included with our rental, we rented a boat at Marsh Harbor and made the easy 8 mile trip across the bay.
We tried fishing and loberstering on our own with out much success and them hired Edmond Pinder for the day. This was the best money we spent. His local knowledge and great personality made the trip. With his help we had more lobster and conch than we could eat
Ask for him at the Vegtable stand on Front street our dive shop. If possible bring your own pole spears. If you enjoy a week on the beach and boat this is the place for you.
We left light rods in the storage room but you will need reels.
Nippers was overrated, I'd call it a dump the food was good.
I expect we will return to Guana Cay"
